This article reviews the definition of corruption and its individual, macro and micro-social correlates. In an experimental field study with a representative Peruvian sample (N = 1254), participants were informed of a highly effective legal management of corruption control (95% of cases were tried and punished) versus a control of low efficacy (only 5% were tried and punished). The induced information on the effectiveness in the control and sanction of corruption led to a greater perception of collective efficacy in dealing with deviation and a better balance of socio-emotional climate in the high-efficacy group. This article analyzes the relationship between successful dealing with deviant acts (i.e., acts of corruption) and social cohesion. We conducted an experimental research with 148 university students based on the subjective group dynamics theory. We informed the research participants of some corruption cases in Chile (ingroup) and Argentina (outgroup) during the last year, with two modes of efficiency in their legal control: high efficiency (95% of the cases were judged and sanctioned) and low efficiency (5% of the cases were judged and sanctioned). The purpose of the thesis was to design and implement a control system that will optimize the climatic conditions of a greenhouse. The system was based on an FPGA development platform, specifically the Nexys 4 ddr of digilent; the main focus of the thesis was the reconfigurability and flexibility of the hardware in the future. To this end the control system used was a 32-bit microprocessor microblaze which collected data measured by sensors and based on a control algorithm developed, it maintained automatically the parameters determined by the expert in agronomy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the seminal characteristics of boars housed in a controlled environment system in tropical dry forest in a commercial pig farm located in the state of Zulia, Venezuela. In total, 6154 seminal evaluations (volume, total sperm, concentration, motility and number of doses per ejaculate) of 95 boars from the Topigs® commercial line were analysed from September 2006 to July 2010. The boars were housed in a controlled environmental system of hygrothermal comfort (Chore.Time. 2529,676; model 8-B1.5). Average values of 253.2 ± 57.0 ml were observed for seminal volume, 3.59 ± 0.2 for progressive individual motility, 322.1x106 ± 98.2 spermatozoa/ml for sperm concentration, 81.2x109 ± 26.1 total spermatozoa per ejaculate and a production of 27.0 ± 8.7 semen doses for ejaculate. The general objective of the study was to determine the influence of occupational risk prevention management on the perception of the safety climate in the workers of an SME in the construction sector. It was carried out from the quantitative perspective, with a non-experimental design and explanatory level, for which two ad hoc questionnaires related to each of the variables were applied to a census sample of 20 workers of the organization. The results obtained showed that occupational risk prevention management positively influences the perception of the safety climate in the company's workers (Spearman's Rho coefficient = 0.737 and p<0.05 value). The results of 443 763 periodic controls of daily milk production (DMP) carried out between January 2006 and December 2018 in five Holstein dairy farms in the Lima region were related to meteorological information (maximum and minimum temperature and relative humidity), under temperature-humidity indexes (THI) to represent the current state and the trends of the relationships between DMP and possible thermal stress (TS) identified by the level of THI. The DMP levels along the THI levels showed a response curve with a THI tolerance zone where there is little variation in DMP and threshold point at THI >68 from which DMP is reduced at a rate of -0.413 kg of milk per unit of increase in THI.
