After the written and oral phase of the dispute over the status and use of the waters of the Silala between Chile and Bolivia, before the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the Court will now deliberate and promptly notify the parties for the issuance of the sentence.In this context, this essay will make known the claims of the States in dispute, analyzing the main issues on which the Court will have to rule and offer some conclusions.

El turismo en el Perú muestra un notorio crecimiento, el cual se evidencia en las alentadoras cifras para los siguientes años, así como en muchas oportunidades a futuro. En tal contexto, en este trabajo se presenta un Plan de Marketing que, al ser llevado a cabo por el Estado peruano a través de PROMPERÚ, mostrará las bondades de la cocina nacional a turistas chilenos y ecuatorianos. Con ello se logrará que el turismo gastronómico limeño crezca. This paper critically analyzes conscientious objection in the context of the new regulation of pregnancy termination in Chile. It affirms that adequate regulation should not be blind to the hostile context in which abortion rights have been enacted and the difficulties experienced. The bioethical requirements that seek to balance the interests involved must consider the legal regulation of the interests at stake, the context in which they are implemented and, fundamentally, the effectiveness of the solutions adopted. This paper is divided into two parts: the first contains a series of discussions presented in the binational seminar for Critical Elections and Social Movements, which took place virtually with professors of the University of Santiago, the Catholic University of Lima and the Catholic University of Valparaiso in July, 2021, organized in collaboration with Professor Carlota Casalino. El debilitamiento de la confianza en la democracia y el auge de discursos autoritarios han marcado el escenario político chileno reciente, especialmente entre las y los jóvenes. Este artículo identifica la asociación entre las preferencias por sistemas democráticos o autoritarios en relación con sus formas de participación política en jóvenes chilenos (15-29 años). Se utilizaron datos de la Encuesta Nacional de Juventudes 2022 y análisis de correspondencias múltiples para distinguir grupos según sus actitudes hacia la gobernanza y la participación política. Los resultados muestran que el grupo etario de 15 a 19 años presenta mayor desinterés por la política institucional y preferencia por sistemas autoritarios, mientras que la participación en movimientos sociales se asocia a una mayor valoración de la democracia. El presente trabajo de investigación evalúa las relaciones aerocomerciales entre Perú y Chile en un contexto global caracterizado por la liberalización de mercados aéreos internacionales. Históricamente, la ruta Lima-Santiago-Lima ha destacado como el principal mercado internacional del Perú. Sin embargo, ambos países mantienen una regulación conservadora que limita los derechos de tráfico aéreo y la capacidad de los servicios de transporte aéreo. En paralelo a las grandes compañías dinamizadoras de este cambio hay grupos subalternos precarios que refuerzan la reestructuración. Un caso ejemplar es el de las mujeres latinoamericanas del programa Migrant Woman Entrepreneur: Collaborative Growth Community (MWECGC) de Chile. The COVID-19 pandemic meant great stress and challenges for schools. In this context, distributed leadership emerged as a timely and relevant approach to understanding the changes that the school must adopt. In this research, through semi-structured interviews carried out with directors of 5 schools, we delved into how the pandemic was faced, the actions that were carried out, who was involved, the learning and projections. The results show that teachers and the psychosocial team appeared as relevant actors. The link with parents and students, who require socio-emotional or technical support associated with the use of the virtual teaching and learning methodology, appeared as another relevant aspect.

This article studies the royal proclamations, taking into account the political characteristics of the spanish monarchy during the XVIII century. The analysis in centered on the reproduction of a ceremony that was carried out, with local differences, all arround the empire. We will analyse the proclamations of Charles III and Charles IV, since in these ceremonies the central problems wich worried the chilean authorities on those days, were deployed. Among these we will pay special attention to the strategies deployed to incorporate mapuche leaders into the main celebration that legitimate the royal power.

Esta investigación indaga las creencias que 14 integrantes del equipo directivo de cuatro establecimientos educativos reportan en relación a las fortalezas y obstáculos presentes en las escuelas para la atención de la Alta Capacidad. El análisis de contenido cualitativo de las entrevistas semiestructuradas revela dos amplias temáticas, creencias y valoraciones, y acciones y prácticas. Los resultados señalan apertura a la temática, una comprensión restringida de la Alta Capacidad y obstáculos administrativos y técnicos para su atención en el contexto de la inclusión educativa. Se requiere de un esfuerzo concertado y sistemático que involucre a toda la comunidad escolar, a fin de brindar oportunidades reales de reconocimiento y desarrollo a este estudiantado.

This research investigates the beliefs that 14 members of the leadership team of four schools report about the strengths and obstacles present in these schools for addressing High Ability students. The qualitative content analysis of semi-structured interviews reveals two broad themes, beliefs and valuations and actions and practices. The results indicate openness about the subject, a restricted understanding of High Ability and administrative and technical obstacles to address High Ability students in the context of educational inclusion. A concerted and systematic effort that involves the entire school community is required in order to provide real opportunities for recognition and development for this group of students.

Este análisis evalúa las primarias presidenciales chilenas, en el contexto de un proceso polí- tico constituyente. Este último se enmarca en comportamientos electorales recientes que han cambiado las dinámicas estables del escenario político a unas más dinámicas y complejas de predecir. Se consideran, para el análisis, dos momentos del proceso de primarias: a) las primarias legales, en las cua- les participa el conglomerado político Apruebo Dignidad y Chile Vamos, y b) las primarias ciudadanas del conglomerado Unidad Constituyente. Para ambos casos se presenta un análisis descriptivo sobre el proceso electoral que evalúa las coincidencias de ejes de los programas de gobierno con las temáticas constituyentes y los principales resultados electo- rales junto con sus posibles consecuencias políticas.
