This article reflects the learning process carried out within the framework of an environmental education and educational intervention project, using the Project Work Methodology (MTP), conducted in the context of preschool education in Portugal. Following a qualitative paradigm, the study aims to analyze how children develop skills through the MTP. The approach respected children’s individual needs, fostering critical and creative thinking. The educational intentions constructed during the intervention led to the promotion of different types of learning among the children. The recorded evidence reveals benefits in their holistic development, confirming the formative potential of the project methodology.

In this paper aspects of the development of the dialectical psychology are presented as a theoretical-conceptual orientation and as a way of professional practice for psychologists. Ways of expression of dialectical psychology are expose, analyzing and synthesizing key points relating human emancipation. It's an effort for potentate the psychology science with new models, better strategies and more effective instruments. It's considered that the purpose of dialectical psychology is to develop an emancipator project, as an open task with future perspective in the 50th anniversary of psychology in Peru.

This paper focuses on the pay level of the highest paid executive directors which we label as “Executive Director’s Organizational Level” (henceforth EDOL) to raise the question if highest paid CEOs invest heavily in innovative projects. Two-stage least squares (2SLS) regressions show that over-paid CEOs are more likely to invest in R y D projects. They highlight moreover both from a “statutory” and an “activist” perspective that CEOs’ intends to invest in value-enhancing innovations are contingent upon compensation committee independence and investor protection level. Check tests reveal that the pay-performance “innovation” effect for option-based compensation is higher than that for stock-based compensation. The accelerated advance of technology requires that for better management, digital skills must be mastered, which allow better access to information found in networks or online. It was formulated as a study objective to determine the relationship between digital skills and the development of the research project in postgraduate students. The methodology was a quantitative approach with a correlational design, which was applied to a sample of 100 postgraduate students from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, to whom a questionnaire and rubric were applied to measure their levels of achievement. The results allowed us to find a correlation of 0.591 between the variables. It was concluded that there is a relationship between digital skills and the development of the research project in postgraduate students.

In this study, we aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an enhanced Education 4.0 proposal incorporating Service Learning (SL) among university students. A quantitative research was conducted with a sample of 30 students from Universidad de Aconcagua (Chile) during the period from April to June 2024. Data were collected using questionnaires with sufficient validity and reliability; the first instrument assessed Grit on the 12-item Grit-O scale with scores ranging from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest level, and the second instrument measured social responsibility from 1 to 6, with 6 as the maximum value. Resettlement due to mining and infrastructure projects has become a relevant problem in Peru due to the growing number of projects juxtaposed with rural and urban habitats. Social Sciences have accumulated a body of studies that allow resettlements from multiple theoretical perspectives. Research shows residence, land use and mobility patterns of the population are not completely understood by companies and authorities in charge of resettlements, which therefore create more damage to those already affected.
