This article aims to present the appropriate changes required by the Peruvian Educational Management, which means: have a project that is required to achieve, you select people who are considered able to do it (executives, teachers, and administrators) , which are programmed and executed actions and concrete Irlo to solve problems that impede this. Finally, educational management seeks to respond to the satisfaction of real needs and be a driver of internal dynamism of the educational units, because the most important capital is constituted by the actions of key education actors to multiply the efforts taking into account relevant aspects influence the daily practices, experiences, recognition of context and issues to those faced in pursuit of national progress and welfare.

This article aims to raise awareness of the contribution of Environmental Education Projects Basic Education and Higher Education in the Peruvian reality full of contrasts and changes, framed within a globalized world. Environmental problems have worsened in recent years throughout the world, this situation has determined that environmental education should be seriously considered. It is of interest in environmental education work time in formal, organized and projected into the future from schools and universities, that is, in the classroom (through projects) and in daily practice. In doing so we will be guided by the idea that environmental education is not a branch of science or a subject of separate study, but should be carried out in accordance with the principle of comprehensive education permanent.

This article intends to raise awareness of the importance of proposing alternative solutions to a latent problem in Peruvian society which is violence, something that has become a matter of reasonable concern. There are serious and even tragic events that take in the school place, a basic institution that is forming the future citizens, these incidents can manifest in many and can be of public knowledge. This causes uneasiness in some sectors of the community and surprise in others, it is a global phenomenon, and therefore, the responsible is not only the school but also society as a whole.

This article intends to inform that in recent years, research in the tributary field has made a significant progress; the tax culture must be based on values that tend to the common good, and in the educational system it seeks to raise awareness in teachers and students of the practice of these values; for that, the school must make a commitment to train citizens able to define, defend and enforce standards of living in Peru; as well as create a country in which every Peruvian feels and knows that it is possible to fulfill personal and social aspirations.
