In this work we critically approach the figure of the illicit association from a double perspective: historical and constitutional, questioning its theoretical foundations and its jurisprudential use. The process of producing dairy products generates a great deal of environmental contamination due to poor practices used during processing, which is why it is essential to know the degree of sustainability of this industry. The present study sought to evaluate the sustainability of the production of dairy products in the San Salvador de Quishcambal-Assaqui Agricultural Association in the town of San Salvador, Province of Luya in the Amazon Region. The ELANEM methodology was used and a survey validated by experts was used, with sustainability indicators and a double-entry matrix. For data processing, the normalization equation was used, in which the value of 1 represents an optimistic situation. The realization of the photo-electrochemical process consists in percolating the solution to be treated through an electrolytic reactor, in which the anodes coated with metal oxides remains under the effect of ultraviolet radiation (UV). The solution used in this study was contaminated artificially from fecal samples positive for bacteria and intestinal parasites. The evaluation of the process for the disinfection of water was held in photo-electrical-chemical reactor, with a total volume of 10.0 Lper batch system contaminated with human fecal material. Objective: To verify the effectiveness of the technological resource Aula Digital (Digital lassroom) in the development of the competency “reading various types of texts” in boys and girls of the 4th cycle at Institución Educativa N.º 32140 Antonio Brack Egg in Ambo (Peru), 2022. Methods: This study followed a quantitative approach and employed a quasiexperimental design. The population consisted of 54 students from the educational institution. A checklist was used to evaluate the pretest and posttest, and Student’s t-test was applied for statistical analysis. Results: Findings indicatedthat in both the experimental and control groups, 19.9% responded “yes” and 80.1% responded “no,” with a difference of 60.2% between the groups. This research sought to contribute to the knowledge of the differences in the level of development of neuropsychological factors and cognitive processes in children with and without writing difficulties. Similarly, we wanted to see if there was an association between neuropsychological factors and processes involved in writing. Descriptive design was causal comparative, examining 80 children in third through sixth grade, studying in state schools of Callao using EPRE Test (Velarde, Canales, Melendez & Lingán, 2014), Child Neuropsychological Diagnostic Test Luria-DNI Test and Wechsler intelligence: WISC-IV. The tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is an important mediator of the inflammatory reactions; it seems to play a central roll in the pathogenesis of several chronic inflammatory diseases including the periodontitis. It has been demonstrated that different rates exist from TNF alpha in vitro and in vivo between the individuals, so it can be associated with the presence of certain genetic polymorphism. The purpose of this investigation is to study the degree of polymorphism of the gene TNF-alpha (-308G/A) in samples of adult Peruvian patients and analyze the relationship with periodontal processes.
