El presente trabajo de investigación evalúa las relaciones aerocomerciales entre Perú y Chile en un contexto global caracterizado por la liberalización de mercados aéreos internacionales. Históricamente, la ruta Lima-Santiago-Lima ha destacado como el principal mercado internacional del Perú. Sin embargo, ambos países mantienen una regulación conservadora que limita los derechos de tráfico aéreo y la capacidad de los servicios de transporte aéreo. Este enfoque contrasta con acuerdos de Cielos Abiertos, como el suscrito entre la Unión Europea y Estados Unidos en 2007, que promovieron una mayor conectividad y beneficios económicos compartidos. Being the end of the process a public interest of the State, the judge has probatory initiative for the search of the judicial conviction, however this initiative is limited to the elucidation of the facts that the parties have not proof in a suitable way. The Civil Procedural Code omits in the design of the application of the proofs ordered by the judge the limits on the probatory initiative, omission that must be corrected through a systematic interpretation of the articles 188 and 190 of the Code as a result of the legal interpretation, and going to the procedural doctrine that has established as limits: a) That the judge's test is limited to the following controversial facts; b) The source of the proof must appear in the process; and c) Regarding the principle of contradiction and the right of defense of the parties, allowing to extend its initially proposed tests.

The purpose of this article is to expand the taxonomy of the most frequent ethical misconducts currently found in scientific publications. We present examples of fraud in contrast to an ethical conduct in research and publications arising from research. Then, we show the taxonomy in different stages: before, during and after the publication. Implementar un modelo propuesto de Design Thinking, ese fue el principal objetivo de la investigación. El cual se aplicó en institutos tecnológico para que los estudiantes mejoren sus aprendizajes en los cursos de tecnologías de información, considerando como indicadores los procesos cognitivos que experimentaban los estudiantes, el trabajo colaborativo, y la capacidad estratégica en cada proyecto. We propose to consider different aspects that also result important ones in human beings for a good process of teaching - learning. Actually, the new discipline called neuroeducation are nurturing us of a lot of contents which help to all teachers to comprehend these processes and regard on several situations of one person. We do not focus on education only in school even without contents which are proposed in class. Now, we must expand our vision in relation to the student, the social and familiar environment. What and how others factors are really involved with the student since our position as teachers, however, we are responsible and engaged to provide an integral and transversal education, that generate as an outcome: individuals of integrity, independence, intelligence, and with a high ability of solving problems.

The representation of self and other is currently a major topic in attachment research and in social cognition and is very relevant for clinical psychology and psychiatry because it provides a way of understanding psychopathology that goes beyond the simple listing of manifest symptoms that is so prevalent today in descriptive psychiatry. This new emphasis on mental representation should enable us to extend our understanding of psychopathology and to discover new ways of systematically assessing a wide range of psychological disturbances.
