From an action research it is sought to identify the necessary elements to incorporate the psychoeducational approach to the educational management of a Family Residence in the south of Chile. The qualitative techniques of interviews and participatory diagnostic workshop were used to produce data. The results refer to components of the psychoeducational approach such as, their understanding of the relationship helps, the strategies to use the shared experience and the tools of diagnosis, planning and evaluation, positively influence the educational management of the center. Its incorporation requires a systematic and permanent process over time, as well as the confluence of the presence of criteria and conditions for its appropriation as an approach and intervention methodology by the center’s staff.

The main objective of this research work was to determine the level of influence of "program of shared actions", in the improvement of the institutional climate in the IES. No. 32962 "Rósulo Soto Carrillo", San Luis, district of Amarilis - 2014. El objetivo general de la presente investigación fue evaluar la acción del Programa nacional de alimentación escolar Qali Warma en la pandemia de COVID-19 en el distrito de Ate, 2020. El estudio fue de enfoque mixto, de tipo básico con un diseño de triangulación (DITRIAC). This plan’s main objective is to determinate if the developing of vocational guide for students is going to be the same or different between private and public high schools from Lima Metropolitana. After a question paper application to a sample of 279 –male and female– just ending high school students, we found several differences between the two kinds of high schools. In addition of that finding, this plan proposes a Vocational guide plan direct to public high students, for the last three degrees in particular.

Objective. The research carried out had the objective of analyzing the follow-up process carried out by the accompaniment service for the families of the CUNA MÁS National Program, for an adequate quality management. Methods. It was a research with a quantitative approach, explanatory level, non-experimental design, transectional. The group of specialists from the Territorial Units of the Program was considered as a population, therefore, the sample consisted of 20 subjects. This article is a reflection in three planes: the first one, how teachers problematize their own practices given the complexity of the scenarios that they must face daily in classrooms; the second one, how teaching problematization is perceived in the academic and school world and the third one, hoy many and how contents, methodological tools and training forms, which are necessary to strengthen teachers’ abilities and attitudes prone to problematization, have been assumed by continuous teaching training programs. It is concluded with a joint reflection that tries to establish the link between these planes.

This study analyzes factors that allow local officials to overcome design distortions generated during the process of registering beneficiaries of the «Vaso de Leche» Program in a context in which these beneficiaries are powerful social actors who have a capacity for collective action. This study was conducted between 2002 and 2010 in Villa El Salvador, a district of metropolitan Lima. Villa El Salvador municipal authorities selected beneficiaries without considering the target population as established by the official regulations. This variation from established norms is understood in this study as a «design distortion». Hygromycin A (HygA) binds to the large ribosomal subunit and inhibits its peptidyl transferase (PT) activity. The presented structural and biochemical data indicate that HygA does not interfere with the initial binding of aminoacyl-tRNA to the A site, but prevents its subsequent adjustment such that it fails to act as a substrate in the PT reaction. Structurally we demonstrate that HygA binds within the peptidyl transferase center (PTC) and induces a unique conformation. Specifically in its ribosomal binding site HygA would overlap and clash with aminoacyl-A76 ribose moiety and, therefore, its primary mode of action involves sterically restricting access of the incoming aminoacyl-tRNA to the PTC.

The systematization of a relevant experience such as the training of 21 in-service teachers with the use of an action-research component was aimed at documenting and writing what happened, as well as explaining the results achieved as a result of the intervention. The aim was to interpret the experience critically, to learn from it and improve future practice. The study used qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results suggest that the component favored teachers to question their own beliefs about teaching and strengthen their abilities to make teaching problematic. They also suggest that these changes occur in training events that include spaces for reflection and discussion about beliefs and practices.

Teaching practice in rural areas has constituted a pedagogical challenge in recent years, however, it has revealed problems related to the commitment and identity of teachers in innovating their educational practice. The objective of the study was to design a Didactics in Action program to improve rural teaching practice in Yurimaguas, 2021. A qualitative investigation was carried out and the participation of primary level teachers could be counted on, who were interviewed without any inconvenience. The results showed that there is teacher indifference to updating, which implied the urgent need to formulate improvement proposals that addressed the identified problem. It was concluded that rural teaching practice is in a process of change that involves theoretical, methodological, digital, and investigative aspects that will serve as support in the development of students' learning.

This article presents a program design for instructing elementary students and their nuclear family about gender violence with the objective of giving them the opportunity to analyze their surrounding with a critical eye and to be able to recognize the distinctive signs of subliminal and explicit gender violence. In this article it's saying that treatment of youth violence in our context is, generally, of diagnosis kind, except some applications in minor scale. But now we have a behavioural technology developed for this in other countries, with exitous proofs adapted and maked to our reality. The functional analysis implicated in this technology is embracing they antecedent, present and consequent dimensions of aggressive episode, for identification of risk factors and postulating the corrective actions. I suggest that behavioural programs are systematic interventions and they have solid empirical dales. They are powerful alternatives for integrating commentary strategies in conjunction with experts.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the development of mentoring process and performance of the tutor in a mentoring pilot program from the perspective of student and teacher, the research design is pre experimental, application, qualitative and quantitative, the group consisted of 61 students and 12 tutors. This research had three stages; in the first teachers were trained as tutors with e-learning and was opened a virtual classroom. This article proposes a strategy of government action to promote an equal access to basic social services and lo social insertion opportunities. In the case of social services, it proposes the need to point out the responsibility of the government in relation to the financing and provision of such services. Although the poverty of the country implies that the government should finance directly the greater part of social services, this does not mean that the provision should be exclusively in charge of government institutions. Public Budgeting Program 068 (PP068 by its Spanish initials) is part of the National System for Disaster Risk Management financial strategy and is linked to disaster risk management processes—among them, the processes of Reactive Management (GR by its Spanish initials). It enables articulated interventions between entities from the three government levels to reduce the vulnerability of the population and their means of living.
