El objetivo de la investigación fue comprobar la relación que tiene el monitoreo pedagógico virtual y el desempeño docente de la carrera de Administración y Marketing de la Universidad María Auxiliadora. Esta investigación se desarrolla desde el enfoque cuantitativo, aplicando la variable independiente, donde el puntaje obtenido será cuantificado por los docentes, hablamos de una investigación de tipo no experimental, ya que no se manipuló variables, solo se observó los fenómenos en el contexto en el que se desarrollaban. Para esta investigación se trabajó con un grupo de 20 docentes donde la técnica a utilizar fue el diseño correlacionar, empleando para ello cuestionarios de preguntas cerradas en la escala de Likert. Los resultados evidenciaron la relación entre el monitoreo pedagógico virtual y el desempeño docente tienen una relación significativa entre ellas.

This article is a reflection in three planes: the first one, how teachers problematize their own practices given the complexity of the scenarios that they must face daily in classrooms; the second one, how teaching problematization is perceived in the academic and school world and the third one, hoy many and how contents, methodological tools and training forms, which are necessary to strengthen teachers’ abilities and attitudes prone to problematization, have been assumed by continuous teaching training programs. It is concluded with a joint reflection that tries to establish the link between these planes.
