En la presente investigación se realiza el diagnóstico de Transvisa, empresa familiar, cuya actual estrategia de negocios es la integración hacia atrás a avícola San Fernando. El diagnóstico se desarrolló de forma trasversal a todas sus áreas, detallando las observaciones y oportunidades potenciales de mejora. Las recomendaciones se establecen en estrategia de negocio y estrategia integral de mejora de procesos. La primera consiste en abrir una nueva línea de negocios y la segunda, una propuesta integral de mejora para todas las áreas y que se desarrollará a través de la implementación del PHVA; además de utilizar el software contable CONCAR. El análisis de ahorro realizado para mejorar la competitividad de Transvisa solo incluye horas extras generadas y mantenimientos correctivos. Surcosonante es un proceso de creación e investigación que hilvana lo colectivo con lo individual, lo ambiental con lo social, la urbe con sus memorias y el cuerpo con el agua. A través de ejercicios de escucha sonora, cartografías, entrevistas y experimentación material con las fibras vegetales, me interesa abrir un espacio para preguntarnos si aún es posible hablar de comunidad a través del río Surco. El río Surco es un canal prehispánico con más de dos mil años de antigüedad, nace del río Rímac y recorre 29 km por debajo de la ciudad de Lima hasta llegar a la costa del Pacífico. Es el cordón umbilical que alimenta la ciudad, un cordón escondido que aún está vivo. El río nos invita a cuestionar la individualidad y restaurar la conexión con la naturaleza y con el otro; volver al cuerpo y a la experiencia sensorial para abrir la ruta del reencuentro con la memoria. ...

What are the challenges Joe Biden’s foreign policy faces in Latin America? The American president has promised to open a new era in foreign relations with Latin American countries after four years of Trump’s unilateral and unpredictable foreign policy. However, there are processes underway in Latin America that impose significant constraints for US foreign policy: processes of democratic erosion in several countries of the region, a competitive regional environment led by regional Latin American powers, and a growing presence of China in the region. La investigación surge de la necesidad de mejorar el sistema de despacho a camiones cisterna de la compañía Vopak Perú S.A., ya que la precisión y confiabilidad de las mediciones son factores determinantes para el buen funcionamiento de las actividades de distribución en la industria Oil & Gas. El sistema actual de medición se realiza mediante procesos no automatizados, los camiones que llegan a los terminales son pesados antes de iniciar el proceso, posteriormente los operadores conectan los brazos de carga tanto de GLP líquido como de GLP de vapor al camión para iniciar la carga. Después se activa la bomba de circulación del GLP líquido y se procede a abrir las válvulas de ambas líneas. La evolución de la formación de comunicadores en América Latina, influenciada por modelos curriculares cambiantes, plantea cuestionamientos sobre la relevancia de la innovación social. Este artículo aborda estas inquietudes a través de la presentación de la experiencia del Seminario de Comunicación y Procesos de Innovación en la Licenciatura de Comunicación Social de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, desarrollado de 2021 a 2023. Se presentan los resultados preliminares de un estudio exploratorio cualitativo que ha tomado en cuenta las tres cohortes del seminario para analizar las estrategias pedagógico-didácticas implementadas. A partir de minerales sulfurados de cobre-zinc del Complejo Marañón de la Cordillera Oriental de los Andes peruanos mediante procesos metalúrgicos integrados se ha obtenido cementos de cobre de buena calidad, lo cual facilita la viabilidad de dar valor tecnológico a los concentrados nacionales de cobre. El monitoreo de los productos obtenidos empleando técnicas combinadas de caracterización tales como difracción de rayos X, y espectroscopia Mössbauer nos permite tener una mejor información de las especies participantes y además nos ayuda a controlar y optimizar mejor los procesos metalúrgicos. It has been obtained a good quality copper cement from copper-zinc sulphides ores of the east peruvian Andes at Marañon complex zone using integrated metallurgical processes, that makes easier the possibility to give technological value to peruvian concentrates of copper. Monitoring obtained products employing combined techniques such the X-Ray diffraction or the Mössbauer spectroscopy allow us to have a better information of the existing elements and help to control and optimize the metallurgical processes. This paper discusses digital technologies from an anthropological perspective, concentrating on ways in which cultural diversity, social inequality and the possibilities of change and social transformation have been discussed. We examine the ways in which the digital domain has been conceived, categories used to describe processes of change and continuity in everyday life, and the impact of digital technology on these. this approach leads us to question up how ethnographers have explored the relationships among local practices, global transits and digital technologies, and the material and visual aspects of the digital in cultural production and media communication. Finally, we discuss how to incorporate digital technologies in ethnographic practice and anthropological knowledge.

The idea of feeling as a decentralization of the perspectives that make it possible to understand open educational processes in the uncertainty of the answers. Do not follow models, molds or manuals, but the power of the imagination as a resistance strategy against the dogmas that are installed as ways of thinking. It is the interlocutions that potentiate new questions that should not necessarily be answered. They serve to question better. We cannot understand the action of imagining but we understand the episteme of the interlocutions that pass us through time, to imagine is to be in miscellaneous. Today, especially, imagining is one of the forms of resistance.

During the last decades the need to question the way in which knowledge is constructed as well as its relation with power issues has come forward. An important innovation in some teacher training colleges and conventional universities is the redefinition of the teaching staff. They have included indigenous elders as an attempt to open higher education to the inclusion of new actors and new voices. However, in this article I argue that the participation of indigenous elders in teacher training processes, does not necessarily guarantee the development of practises that will highlight the existence of ways of thinking alternative to hegemonic knowledge nor the multiple ways in which knowledge is produced.
