In the camu camu (Myrciaria dubia) processing, the peels and seeds are the main residues with a high potential for use as they contain anthocyanins (peel) and phenolic compounds. The objective of this research was to take advantage of camu camu peels and seeds as ingredients for infusion filters, and to evaluate the effect of drying. First, the peels and seeds were dehydrated at three temperatures (50, 65 and 70°C) and characterized in total anthocyanins and total phenolic compounds. Then, they were sieved considering two size ranges: small (between 0.1 and 0.475 cm) and large (larger than 0.475 cm) to be evaluated sensorially by a trained panel as an infusion, using a hedonic scale of general acceptability of 10 cm. The objective of this work was to quantify either physical and chemical attributes of the whole along with grounded seeds from Castilla pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata Duchesne) and bitter pumpkin (Apodanthera undulata A. Grey). The parameters data for whole seeds of both pumpkin varieties were; physical dimensions, internal friction, external friction and particle size, while for their ground compound were; electric conductivity, soluble protein, total protein, carbohydrates, oil concentration and main minerals. This work uses the image processing methods and neural network to classify the sign language patterns, a set of function had been implemented in Matlab to achieve our goal. Our vocabulary of sign language are composed of 24 letters belong to the alphabet, this work considers only those gestures without movement, our hardware are a digital camera and a PC.

Music source separation is the task of isolating the musical phrases played by different instruments recorded individually and arranged together to form a song. Nowadays, several methods have been developed to cover the separation of music sources, which can be classified into supervised and unsupervised learning, however, no research has been developed in which the effectiveness of using different methods together are analyzed , that's the reason the present work seeks to measure the results of the use of two methods, REPET + (unsupervised) and UNet (supervised), jointly and in isolation to separate the music waves produced by a singer and the waves from the instruments. The results show an overall score (SDR) of the methods for vocal separation for the UNet network was 5.38 dB, REPET+ -4.3 dB, -2.55 dB for REPET+ & UNet, -0.38 dB for UNet & REPET+, -6.16 dB for REPET+ & REPET+ and 5.17...

Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un modelo Text-to-Speech (TTS) para la lengua Awajún, una de las 48 lenguas originarias del Perú, con el propósito de contribuir a su preservación mediante el uso de un modelo de síntesis de voz basado en aprendizaje profundo. Para el desarrollo de este modelo se utilizaron las arquitecturas Tacotron 2 y HiFi-GAN, ampliamente utilizadas en la generación de voz de calidad. El proceso metodológico incluyó la recolección, limpieza y alineación de un conjunto de datos compuesto por audios y textos en lengua Awajún, obtenidos de las plataformas Scripture Earth y Ojo Público. This article reveals the role of dramatization in a preschooler’s life. The main types of theatrical activities used in preschool education are highlighted. In the process of our research, we used qualitative methodology. The article presents the results of a non-experimental, descriptive and explanatory research. This research is related to the mining of text and feelings, for this we worked with all the official speeches of the former president of Peru Pedro Castillo Terrones, which amount to 12 and are in the public domain on the Peruvian state portal. The objective was to determine what the message is behind the aforementioned speeches of the former president. The data were processed in R through RStudio, and the lexicon NRC. Peasant agriculture and its agrobiodiversity systems are at a juncture in which two global processes impose significant challenges for their sustainability: climate change and the expansion of agricultural biotechnology supported by a regimen of intellectual property rights over plant genetic resources. In this research, an innovative mechanical- electronic device has been developed for the efficient purification of carrots seeds, a critical process in agricultural production due to its impact on the quality and yield of future crops. The device uses mechanical and electronic principles to effectively separate impurities and unwanted seeds from carrots. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the extraction and microencapsulation of antioxidant compounds from Oenocarpus bataua Mart seed, commonly known as “ungurahui” or “patawa”. The extraction process was performed in an ultrasonic bath and the orthogonal composite central design of the response surface methodology (RSM) was used to determine the optimal extraction conditions, using two factors: ethanol concentration (48.44 to 91.56%) and extraction time (13.83 to 46.17 min).
