Objective: To develop a methodology for the assuranceof the quality of the processes ofthe Program of Maintenance of School Premises in the Region of Tacna to increase its effectiveness. Methodology: lt was used an application design, because it is oriented to solve a problem, which ¡is the lack of a methodology for the development of the processes of the Program of Maintenanceof School Premises. Results: Procedures and format based on flow charts of the School Site Maintenance Program processes were designed, which allowed a better understanding ofthe users. Conclusion: A methodology was developed for the quality assurance of the School Site Maintenance Program, which improved the effectiveness of the maintenance of the educational infrastructure of the Tacna Region.

La presente investigación, estuvo orientada en dar respuesta a la hipótesis planteada y determinar la influencia que tiene el Programa de Acompañamiento Docente sobre los procesos didácticos como estrategia de soporte pedagógico los docentes del primer y segundo grado del nivel de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa “José Enrique Celis Bardales” distrito de Tarapoto – 2016, el cual se ven reflejadas en diversas formas en la labor cotidiana de los docentes. El Objetivo del estudio fue evaluar el desarrollo del proceso de tutoría y el desempeño del docente tutor en un Programa Piloto de tutoría desde la perspectiva del estudiante y docente participante. El diseño de la investigación es pre experimental, aplicativo, cualicuantitativo; la población de estudio es constituida por 61 estudiantes y 12 docentes. El estudio tuvo tres fases, en la primera se realizó capacitación a los docentes tutores y se aperturó una aula virtual. En la segunda se identificó el perfil del estudiante ingresante y se conformó grupos, en la tercera se ejecutó el programa de tutorías y se realizó la evaluación de esta. Objective. To identify limiting factors in the process of preparing a scientific research project in students of the nursing program at Universidad de Huanuco, 2019. Methods. It was an observational, prospective, and analytical study. Population sample comprised of 60 students. Measurement instruments were: interview guide with general characteristics of the sample. Two questionnaires, preparation of a research project and limiting factors, which were validated. For the statistical analysis, Chi-Square test of independence was used, Odds ratio (OR) estimation and p < 0.05 were performed. Results. Project preparation process in 53.3 % (32) was adequate.
