The objective of this study is to present the andragogical model and its benefits in its application to safety training in Peruvian mining. Based on the andragogical characteristics, this thesis explains the andragogical principles, the importance of adult education, the difference between learning and teaching of children and adults, the characteristics of adults and learning methodological strategies for the effective training of miners. Safety training in this industry is a must for the acquisition of behaviors that can reduce the number of accidents and incidents at work. In the field of education and technology companies, online judges play an important role in the development of programming skills because on these platforms students must solve challenges using specific programming languages. However, the sheer number of coding challenges available can be overwhelming for students, leading to frustration and loss of interest. To resolve this situation, recommender systems can be an effective solution. However, programming judges have not delved far enough into this area. The investigation shows the results founded in the field of Reading Comprehension. Starting from the theoretic model of cognitive psychology and psycholinguistics, and in particular the theory of Van Dijk and Kintsch (1983, 1993, 1994). The author explores the problematic of comprehensive reading in a group of children and teenagers with learning disabilities in the province of Callao, trying to know how much can they could intervening in the improvement of their reading weakness, for what we have design and application and an Experimental Program of Treatment. The most important idea of the study was the significant difference in reading comprehension levels reached in the pre test and in the post test, by the group I students after applying the experimental program, and as an important improvement in the student group II.

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of virtual and hybrid teaching methods, leading to substantial changes in educational approaches. This study focused on evaluating the effect of mediating technologies on post-pandemic educational processes, emphasizing their essential role in enhancing interaction and cooperation between teachers and students. Although their relevance is evident, challenges persist in terms of access, quality, and evaluation of technological educational initiatives. This article discusses the training of promoters in a program to promote community libraries. Systematization is a critical rearrangement of the events into an experience to understand the reasons that it develops in a specific way and not otherwise. Two processes are reconstructed first, the overall project cycle during which develops the experience and then, secondly, we present the development of process specific training of community. It ends by presenting the lessons learned identified and developed.

The aim of the study was to describe theoretical-practical tools of the professional teaching and learning process as a category of university teaching. The objective of this study was to demonstrate the influence of soft skills in the achievement of significant learning of students participating in the Business Process Management course of the Administration specialty at the National Agrarian University of La Selva. The approach was quantitative, applied with an explanatory level and quasi-experimental design with pre and post test. Daily learning activities generate exchanges of ideas, doubts, and explanations between students and teachers. These dialogues and the possibility of asking a teacher questions disappear after classes. New automated communication tools developed with word processing programs, such as chatbots, have proven helpful in commerce and customer service. Some educational institutions are currently exploring the benefits of these programs in student care. This paper describes an exploratory study on the use of educational software and conversational agents in the teaching of programming; the objective is to identify the potential of this type of program to support teachers in the training of programmers and the accompaniment of students in their self-managed learning.
