The author makes a brief analysis and comment on the Law n. 30933, specifying the purpose of the law and its scope, dealing with the notarial function in relation to non-contentious matters, analyzing the notary powers the non-contentious nature of the procedure originated by the Law, to later deal with its relationship with the eviction process institute. The active authority in this procedure, the lease agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Law, explaining the notarial procedure designed to establish the grounds for eviction and finally the aspects to be considered in relation to Law n. 30933, specifying their conclusions.

In this article the author show us the situation of the precarious along the eviction process where they are involved. Likewise, he tell us regarding the cumbersome situation and the null legal certainty that existed about this theme before the emission of the Fourth Civil Cassation Plenaries.After the Plenaries, the author points, were given rules to identify this matterand reach uniforms conclusions by judges, which represents an advance in the predictability of the judicial decisions about the eviction by precarious occupation.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the perfomance of the process of lamination of the endosperm of corn in an agricultural company by means of the capability indices of processes, (PCI), low two focuses: traditional and bayesian. Both PCI was evaluated with simulated data under different suppositions. To the real case the results obtained by the bayesian PCI were Ĉb (D) = 0,81, while the traditional was Ĉp = 0,46 and Ĉpk = 0,81. It is concluded that the process of lamination is not capable. With regard to the simulated data, the results correspond to 100 samples of size 50, under three conditions: 1) the process is capable, centered and normal distributed. 2) It not process capable, not centered and normal. 3) The process is lightly capable, not centered and normal. Designing a performance metric by the fuzzy logic, the purpose of which is incorporated more aspects of the management processes of any organization including those subjective. To show how this metric was applied prior to a billing process of a company of herbicides, where this metric was constructed by traditional indicators of efficiency and effectiveness, producing fuzzy performance measures. The results show that this fuzzy measure performance is stable and valid as it is built on classical performance indicators already familiar with the properties they own. These metrics diff se somehow standardize the processes of the organization. This study is based on the evaluation process of the university public policy of distance education and, specifically, the implementation of the Classroom platform, in its didactic and operational dimensions, at the National Autonomous University of Huanta (UNAH), period 2020, in the context of physical and social isolation, which allowed an accurate analysis to make decisions in this regard. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the realization of classes through virtual platforms and made the teacher evaluation, instead of positively reflecting the level of knowledge, evidenced a low performance of the students, in this case, of the Preparatory No. 7 of the Autonomous University of Guerrero, Mexico. To explain this problem, qualitative research was carried out with descriptive and interpretative scope. 50 students were interviewed, and a structured questionnaire with ten open-ended questions was developed. The main results indicated that students perceive that traditional assessment does not reflect their knowledge, but incipient learning, stress and anxiety, so they suggested modifying the assessment process.

Welding constitutes a type of permanent joint in the assembly process in the secondary manufacturing industry such as construction for the manufacture of automobiles, aircraft, bridges, tanks, ships, pipes, among others. The objective of this research was to compare the mechanical tensile strength and hardness of welded specimens. The mechanical traction was to evaluate the resistance to breakage of the weld seams by the MIG/MAG process versus the SMAW welding process, on ASTM 36 base material. The tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is an important mediator of the inflammatory reactions; it seems to play a central roll in the pathogenesis of several chronic inflammatory diseases including the periodontitis. It has been demonstrated that different rates exist from TNF alpha in vitro and in vivo between the individuals, so it can be associated with the presence of certain genetic polymorphism. The purpose of this investigation is to study the degree of polymorphism of the gene TNF-alpha (-308G/A) in samples of adult Peruvian patients and analyze the relationship with periodontal processes. This research consisted of the evaluation and characterization of wastewater generated during the leather soaking process, both in its conventional method and its enzymatic method. The experiments were conducted at an industrial scale at the Helianthus S.A.C. Company in Lima, using 20 cow hides. Likewise, a treatment process was evaluated for these effluents consisting of protein precipitation and was followed by coagulation. Finally, the dry sludge from each treatment method was evaluated separately for its potential use as fertilizer.
