The research explains why factors such as the level of family assets, infrastructure, education and distance to the capital district determine financial inclusion in the districts of Peru. Based on this objective, a descriptive analysis was performed on the relationship between the variables and the approximation on the inferential analysis: estimation using Ordinary Least Squares of a cross section with data up to December 2015.The results show a positive relationship between the factors, with the exception of distance, which could be explained by a concentration in the provision of financial services. Whereas, a large portion of the financial inclusion at the district level would be explained by other components.By identifying these other components, a broader multidimensional definition of financial inclusion was outlined, approaching the issue from a dynamic and evolutionary perspect...

This paper critically analyzes conscientious objection in the context of the new regulation of pregnancy termination in Chile. It affirms that adequate regulation should not be blind to the hostile context in which abortion rights have been enacted and the difficulties experienced. The bioethical requirements that seek to balance the interests involved must consider the legal regulation of the interests at stake, the context in which they are implemented and, fundamentally, the effectiveness of the solutions adopted. Attention should be paid to the risks involved in the proliferation of objections that are not serious and to the political use of conscientious objection to prevent the implementation of women’s reproductive rights. El objetivo general del trabajo de acuerdo a un estudio y análisis es brindar propuestas de mejora en el proceso logístico para contenedores de importación que se encuentran almacenados en el depósito temporal de APMTIS-CALLAO, la información obtenida de los KPIs internos dio como resultado que los cuellos de botella principalmente se encuentran en dos procesos que es recepción y despacho , el trabajo se enfocara en los dos procesos anteriormente indicados tal es así que tendrá un gran impacto interno en los servicio ofrecidos por el depósito que busca ser sustentable en el tiempo .

In this article, the author examines the Early Termination and analyzes the impediment of its application once the fiscal accusation was made in the criminal process, provided for in numeral 1) of article 468, an issue that has been the subject of pronouncement by the Court. Supreme through Plenary Agreement No. 06-2011-CJ/116, the objective being to identify the existing benefits in its application; as well as the disadvantages of its impediment not only for the defendants, but also in the resolution of conflicts in the stage of the Preparatory Investigation and, in the Intermediate stage, concluding that its application is more beneficial for the criminal process, since the reasons that justify his impediment, are not proportional and consistent with the purposes of the criminal process.

The squid (Dosidicus gigas) is a cephalopod mollusk, a source of high quality proteins that is currently underexploited. The objective was to develop the methodology for the elaboration of a pre-cooked pota product, to evaluate the digestibility of the proteins and the shelf life of the product. Methodology: In a descriptive and experimental design, the nutritional technological study was carried out. Two samples of squid each consisting of 5 kg of the mantle, acquired at the Callao Fishing Terminal, were processed and analyzed independently. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue describir los atributos conceptuales de la muerte desde la óptica de la enfermera como cuidadora del paciente oncológico en fase terminal Chiclayo, 2023. El método propuesto para el estudio fue cualitativo-descriptivo. La Población lo conformó 20 enfermeros de la Red Lambayeque. La selección de los participantes se realizó por conveniencia, con muestra no probabilística, determinada por saturación y redundancia de los discursos.
