In the last years, it has been seen how the number of judicial processes in Peru is affected by inefficiency or lack of agility for their attention and due process. Due to the digital transformation that has arisen with the use of IT, it has been necessary to choose to restructure the processes in the judicial systems by prioritizing the activities within each one to adapt to the new context that exists. The objective of this paper is to extend the application range of ISO 9001:2008 in Education Institutions related to the quality accreditation processes. To this purpose, performance implications using this regulation are presented. Furthermore, it will be ob-served to which extent the implementation of quality assurance processes are favorable to leading towards accreditation. Objective: to describe availability of pediatric cardiovascular surgeons and to identify factors influencing accreditation for this specialty in Peru. Materials and methods: this is a cross-sectional and descriptive study. A discriminating exponential snowball sampling procedure was performed in pediatric cardiovascular surgeons working in the Peruvian National Cardiovascular Institute. This was carried out in April 2019. Their participation was requested and virtual surveys were carried out. Data collected from closed questions were processed using descriptive statistics. Introduction: The practice of medicine today represents a challenge. Objective: To evaluate the characteristics of the work environment and perceptions about the practice of medicine. Materials and methods: Exploratory and transversal studio, online survey (September to November 2020). The characteristics of the work environment, quality in endoscopy, social networks, conflicts of interest and role of scientific societies were evaluated. Results: 208 professionals. Average age 48.5 years, 66.8 % male. Average age of graduated 23 years; 88.9% (n=185) had a certified specialty and 85.6% were gastroenterologists (n=178). El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer el impacto de la certificación BASC en la cantidad de servicios de exportación de la empresa C & B LOGISTICS SAC en los años 2015-2020. El método de aplicación fue aplicativo y tuvo un enfoque cualitativo- descriptivo empleando un diseño de estudio de casos, tipo transversal para determinar la problemática del trabajo de investigación.
