The purpose of this research was to explore educational mobile applications of electronics in Spanish to identify those that favor the learning of university students, specifically from the Computer Engineering degree program at the UAEM Texcoco University Center. An evaluation instrument was developed based on technical and didactic criteria based on the constructivist model, prioritizing interactivity, usability, educational content and feedback. The methodology included a literature review on evaluation instruments and the use of mobile applications as self-directed learning tools. Actualmente, existen 2 200 millones de individuos con discapacidad visual en el mundo. De tal cifra, hay 1000 millones con deficiencia visual que podría haberse evitado o que no ha sido tratada aún. Por otra parte, a nivel nacional hay 801 185 personas con esta discapacidad. Ello deja entrever que se requiere implementar un aplicativo móvil para el reforzamiento entre la interacción de la persona con discapacidad visual con el dispositivo móvil y eliminar las limitaciones u obstáculos que estas personas enfrentan al no poder usar su dispositivo con normalidad. The use of mobile technologies allows teachers to organize their teaching activities (create a portfolio or a website), create an environment for remote support for learners (virtual classroom with assignments, tests, etc.), change the principles of classwork and homework by means of mobile applications and by making training programs personal and individual, adapted to the needs of each student. Tablets and gadgets have always attracted children, therefore, these familiar devices and the element of game and competition (various music applications) can help music-theoretical courses become much more interesting, draw children’s attention and energize them.

In this research project, the evaluation of the accessibility and mobility difficulties faced by people with disabilities when circulating around a vehicular intersection is addressed. We present a scheme of eHealth based on teleconsults aimed to reduce unexpected events and complications in type-2 diabetes mellitus (DM-II). To this end, this study has considered the history of glucose tests taken as input inside a predictive mathematical scheme based on probabilities. The resulting output goes to a real-time monitoring system in order to detect and update those cases where patients would require of rapid assistance. The simulations have shown that the opportune intervention of teleconsults might be effective in the sense of monitoring diet and drug-based treatment by employing simple mobile phones and minimal software applications. For example, the case of a critic patient with a rapid increasing of glucose above 200 mg/dL, the opportune intervention of teleconsults might reduce these values by a 50% during a time of 20±2 days. According to the Association of Traffic Accident Victims (AVIACTRAN), on average there are 10 potholes per kilometer of flexible pavement in the city of Lima.This is due to the lack of timely road maintenance by government authorities, as they do not have a system that allows them to identify in real time the different pavement defects to make decisions.To address this problem, this paper proposes the use of the Cascade Trainer GUI algorithm and Python programming to determine defects in flexible pavements.The proposal consists of training the algorithm with images of different pavement defects using mobile phone cameras or drones for data collection and evaluation of the condition of the pavement.The implementation of the model provides a saving of 60% in the detection time of functional defects of the pavement compared to the traditional method.The methodology detects 5 types of defect...

Objective: The effects of an online prevention program on technological addictions and cognitive-affective dispositions in university students during the COVID-19 pandemic were evaluated. Methods: Forty-two students participated in the sample, of which 21 formed the experimental group (EG) and the other 21 students the control group (CG). En la actualidad, ciertos grupos personas tienen temor o incomodidad para realizar pagos de compras en efectivo. Esto debido a lo ocurrido años anteriores por la pandemia del COVID-19. Por ello, se ha desarrollado un sistema integrado que permite realizar transacciones monetarias mediante el escaneo de códigos QR desde una aplicación móvil para la plataforma iOS. La aplicación se comunica a servicios back-end para la utilización de datos del usuario. También, mediante una interfaz de programa de aplicación, se consumen servicios del sistema transaccional que permite realizar con efectividad y seguridad las transacciones monetarias.
