In this paper, we present a novel system that combines process discovery and conformance checking to optimize resource usage in the operations area of banking companies. Our proposed system improves upon previous solutions by integrating real-time process mining techniques to reduce resource consumption in banking operations. The use of real-time process mining techniques in the proposed system enables faster error identification in processes, emphasizing the importance of such techniques for banking companies. The system is comprised of two integrated process mining techniques, as reported in existing literature. Process discovery involves two key components: dataset generation and process visualization. Additionally, compliance checking involves process monitoring, alerts, and reports. To validate the effectiveness of our system, we conducted a stress test, which was evaluated by exper...

Recurrent flooding in the mining works, deficiencies in the operation of pumps, unforeseen stoppages, and lack of water availability in the processes, affect the operations in the subway mine. The traditional solution adopted is to wait for maintenance times for its post evacuation, generating stoppages, consumption of water from the wells and inefficiency in the daily water demand. Therefore, this article presents a new approach that will expand the traditional methods by introducing a prediction model using probabilistic methods. This approach will allow the design of an optimal water distribution system, the efficient control in the maintenance and covering of the recirculated water demand inside the mine. Variables describing problems related to pump flow, pressure zoning and the type of pump distribution, either in series or in parallel in the pumping system, will be determined. Als...

used in gold production this compound is very toxic especially for environment, by nature reaction with sulfur it converts into thiocyanate (-SCN). In this paper, we isolate -SCN degrading fungus from Junin and Tumbes mining zones. Strains were assayed on 5 to 600 mM -SCN concentration, at least thiocyanate degrading kinetic was assayed at 1.2 g.L-1 of KSCN initial concentration, then the best strains had been morphological, biochemical and molecular identified using ITS RNA molecular marker. From 58 isolated fungus we found 4 unparfait funguses with a great thiocyanate degrading capacity those strains could be used for bioremediation processes. Thiocyanate degrading capacity of these strains was 50 g.L-1 on plate into 72 hours and their average capacity was 10.05 mg.L-1 -SCN with an standard velocity of -SCN degradation of 28.77 mg.L-1.h-1. Two strains were molecular identified as Fusar...

Currently, the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy (SNMPE) states that in recent years the production of gold in Peru has reduced, since in 2016 there was a production of 153 MT, compared to 2005 with a production of 208 MT. Until 2018, a production decrease of 5.4% was established and in 2017 a decrease of 11.3%. Currently there is a need to develop research on gold extraction processes in low recovery minerals with traditionally used processes, due to the complex structure of gold that prevents their extraction. It is necessary to evaluate new processes that are environmentally friendly and that are sustainable in the environmental and economic aspects. In the present work, the applicability of leaching with NaCl and KNO3 in acid medium in a sulphurous gold mineral was evaluated, through the process of leaching with oxidizing sa...

In this investigation the degradation of a methylene blue sample was evaluated using the principle of the homogeneous Fenton Like process where iron as a catalyst was recovered from a synthetic sample of acid mine drainage by selective precipitation. Globally, acid mine drainage is considered an important residue of extractive mining and its uncontrolled dumping has negative effects on the ecosystem. Recovering a waste and using it as input to treat another is a relevant opportunity. Selective precipitation of iron was performed using a saturated solution of calcium hydroxide. The precipitated iron (III) hydroxide was solubilized with sulfuric acid to obtain iron (III) sulfate and then was used as a catalyst in the tests of degradation of methylene blue having as variables the amount of iron (III) sulfate, hydrogen peroxide, pH and time. All tests determined a degradation percentage abov...

Geopolymers are a class of inorganic synthetic materials that in recent years have received extensive interest of the scientific community, mainly due to the variety of applications in which they can be used. The synthesis of these materials is based on a chemical process called geopolymerization, which consists of the alkaline activation of amorphous alumina and silica oxides present in many natural raw materials and industrial solid waste. Therefore, the present work proposes the use of inorganic mining residues (mine tailings) from gold mining in the southern region of Peru, for the manufacture of geopolymeric concrete. The first part of the research focused on the physical, structural and microstructural characterization of the raw material (fine sand and mining tailings), then the volumetric matrix of mixtures for five types of geopolymer concrete was determined. Cylindrical samples...

The logistics process in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the industrial sector is often exposed to various challenges, such as information loss, redundant activities, prolonged waiting times, and delivery failures, due to poor logistics management. In response to this problem, the implementation of an ERP system based on Process Mining is proposed to enhance the management of the logistics process in SMEs within the industrial sector. This system represents a comprehensive technological solution specifically designed to address logistics inefficiencies and optimize processes in the supply chain of these companies. As part of the evaluation methodology, performance indicators have been established to discuss the results obtained. These indicators have been defined using the Celonis tool, which has been employed for process mining. Findings obtained from the analysis of 30,000...

In recent years in Peru, there are few non-metallic mining companies, one of the main ones being the Santa Rosa 94-1 mining concession, which is located in the community of Llocllapampa Jauja - Peru, where the main resource is silica sand that is used in this place, although it also generates a negative impact on the siliceous sand washing operation process since it modifies the conditions of the surface water since they do not have a treatment system. The objective of the research is to determine the efficiency and the amount of organic coagulant (Zea mays var. saccharata) for the removal of silica from the effluent in the mining concession. The characterization of the silica was carried out through petrographic analysis to know its composition, the effluent of the Total Suspended Solids (TSS) parameter was characterized, then it was designed factorially for 8 treatments with variation ...

In the contentious administrative processes followed with the Environmental Assessment and Enforcement Agency - OEFA, it has been noted that mining companies are permanently sanctioned by OEFA for exceeding the maximum permissible limits (MPL) in the mining effluents that they discharge into the environment. In this sense and based on the Principle of Prevention, it is necessary to adopt within the environmental policy of damage prevention, that OEFA control for such excess is carried out within the mining effluent treatment facilities, that is, before its discharge to the environment and not only in the control and monitoring points indicated in the environmental impact study, whose evaluation exclusivily it should be en charge of the National Service of Environmental Certification for Sustainable Investments - SENACE of the Ministry of the Environment - MINAM.
