El objetivo de la presente investigación consistió en analizar las condiciones laborales de universidades peruanas, ante la virtualidad de la educación en el contexto de la pandemia COVID-19. La metodología utilizada se desarrolló desde el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo, paradigma positivista y método analítico. El instrumento fue aplicado a 235 docentes con vínculo laboral vigente en universidades peruanas. Los resultados expresan que a partir de los indicadores virtualidad de la enseñanza, ciberconviencia, competencias digitales y derechos laborales podría ser factible establecer nuevas condiciones laborales derivadas de la contratación docente en el actual contexto. El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar las propiedades psicométricas (evidencias de validez y confiabilidad) de la ENCAO en trabajadores de una empresa privada del sector de hidrocarburos en Lima Metropolitana. Para esto, se evaluó a una muestra de 384 participantes, 64 % mujeres y 36 % hombres, con edades entre los 19 y los 56 años (M = 29.57 años, DE = 7.33). Using movies in the classroom is not a new proposal, but it is mostly used as an educational resource and not as a methodology capable of conducting learning so that it could be considered as an educational methodology by itself: movie-based learning (MBL). Starting this transformation requires studying the state of the art to look for previous experiences in which movies have been used in the classroom. Through a systematic literature review (articles and books published both in Spanish and English in the last twenty years) on the use of movies in the classroom, an approach to documented teaching practices was made to determine their distinctive features. Neither documented evidence on the use of movies in the classroom as a methodology nor a correlation with the improvement of students’ academic performance were found.

Objetivo: Avaliar a eficácia dos modelos de aprendizagem profunda e das suas extensões com modelos de volatilidade condicional na previsão da volatilidade do Índice Geral S&P/BVL Peru. Métodos: O estudo adotou um desenho analítico não experimental, transversal, para prever a volatilidade do Índice Geral S&P/BVL Peru, analisando 5807 dados de 3 de janeiro de 2000 a 16 de outubro de 2023. This study proposed the design of three brief scales coherent with and contributing to the pedagogical perspective of schoolteachers, aiming to enhance self-regulated learning and psychological well-being of students. With the participation of teachers and other professionals who provided feedback throughout the process, scales for school motivation (ME), frustration tolerance (TF), and school satisfaction (SE) were designed and validated among 1260 students from 7th to 12th grade (57.7% female, mean age M=14.9 years, SD=1.9) belonging to three educational institutions in northern Chile. There is a theoretical need for the pedagogical analysis, the presence and use of the New Information and Communication Technologies in the educational processes, this article proposes to recognize, from a sociocultural perspective, the Virtual Environments of Learning as an instrument of mediation. This means, as a component adding to the educational activity two orientations: as structure of external action and as a source for internal representation. Formulated in this way, a virtual learning environment orients itself towards proper ways of technological performance in the educational process. Simultaneously this triggers in students, new forms of cognitive regulation that offer new opportunities and strategies as a condition of learning. This perspective is part of the pedagogic dimension necessary for a pertinent application and orientation of learning in virtual trainning.
