The main objective of this work to estab1ish the controlled use of heat as a function of the pH in order to destroy all the microorganisms that are this bacterias anaerobic forced thermopiles and essentially mesófilas. The bacteria more resistant esporulada to 1he heat is Clostridium botulinum and it is considered lndicative microorganísm of the sterellization. Another parameter of very important control is the quality of the matter it prevails that it can resist the operations of thermal prcsecution, the classification is made in function to the hat size, weight, color and it forms.

Determina las variables para el enriquecimiento nutricional del chocolate con el aprovechamiento de la harina de tarwi. Esta semilla ha sido procesada adecuadamente y se han obtenido 4 tipos de harina, se ha realizado pruebas de mezclado con el chocolate fino en diferentes proporciones, siendo su valor proteínico original del chocolate según ficha técnica de 4g/100g incrementándose a 6.26g/100g. Se obtiene un producto de alto valor proteínico como resultado un incremento en 57% proteínas. This article includes tests in a deep cone pilot thickener, considering the process conditions for optimal flocculation with laboratory tests determining the type of flocculant, concentration of solids in the feed and dosage to maximize the treatment ratio (TPD / m2 ). The objective is to determine the adequate flocculation conditions, which allow the maximum clarity of the liquid and maximum densities in the discharge with the minimum dosage that allows selecting the feeding conditions for the operation of the pilot thickener. Once the feeding conditions have been determined, it follows a series of treatment ratios to determine the maximum possible load under optimal flocculation conditions in terms of TPD / m2. The objective of this article is to determine to what extent the automation of the stone materials dosing process, controlled by sequential drive of frequency variators, contributes to improving the productivity of a company dedicated to the production of asphalt in Peru for which, initially, the characteristics of the procedure that will lead to achieving the automation will be described. In Peru, constructions are commonly built with cement and bricks, then proceed to decorate and embellish the walls using texturing. Currently, in Peru, this process is done in a traditional way where generally support tools are used such as trowels, rollers, and brushes, among others. As this process is done manually, the texturing is of lower aesthetic quality. Due to its geographic location, Peru is one of the countries that most often applies cement in its constructions, which makes it the most accessible and suitable material for applying textures to walls. Currently, there is no specific machine for texturing, so the conceptual design of a lightweight machine for texturing on concrete surfaces was proposed using the VDI 2221 design methodology, integrating a variable speed control system and display of parameters in real-time.

This study combines new noble gas data from fluid inclusions in minerals from Sabancaya, Ubinas, and El Misti (CVZ, Peru) and Villarica (South Chile, SVZ) with a revised noble gas compilation in the Andes, to identify systematic along arc variations in helium isotope compositions. We find 3He/4He ratios varying from 8.8 RA (Colombia) to 7.4 RA (Ecuador) within the NVZ, and only as high as 6.4 RA in the CVZ (RA is the atmospheric 3He/4He ratio of 1.39 × 10–6). These distinct isotope compositions cannot be explained by variable radiogenic 4He production via slab fluid transport of U and Th in the mantle wedge, since both NVZ and CVZ share similar slab sediment inputs (Th/La ≈ 0.08–0.13). The research was carried out in an industrial production and packaging export company of Concholepas concholepas located in the city of Tacna, Peru. Two quality variables that have relevance in the final product were determined, the volume of the container and the percentage proportion of proteins in the unit. After that, the means end analisys diagram was finished, for the variable volume in 452,356 g as average of the process, with upper control limits of 454,514 g and lower limit of 450,198 g. The purpose of this research is to determine the value given by adolescents and young adults to a set of biological and social variables of their behaviors and attitudes towards sexuality. The following variables were considered: mother’s and father’s images, religion, fear of “what are they going to say”, sexual impulse, sexual education received in school, friends, sexual curiosity, risk of AIDS, self-control, and response to particular situations. The set of variables included the value given to men or women who had had sexual relations before marriage, sexual stereotypes of people of the Peruvian coast, the Andes and the Amazon. The results showed that men and women give different value to the sexual dimension in their lives.

Se han producido cuatro eventos extremos de El Niño en las últimas cinco décadas (1972/1973, 1982/1983, 1997/1998 y 2015/2016) y se caracterizaron como fuertes en la región de Niño 3.4. Presentan diferencias significativas en su evolución que inducen a anomalías distintas de precipitaciones a lo largo de la vertiente del Pacífico peruano que ilustran la no linealidad de la teleconexión ENSO en precipitaciones en esta región.
