The process of intervention of the Ruiz Dávila Hospice, a nineteenth-century building located in the Historic Center of Lima, was carried out between 2010 and 2012. Furthermore, the finished works were inaugurated in June of this last year. In the development of the works, there were a series of stages such as the conditioning of the environments, the dismantling of some structures, the construction works, the complementary works, the follow-up, the documentation of the work and finally its inauguration. All this was done not by the work of a single person, but by a group of professionals with diverse skills and extensive experience, whose joint work can be seen today. A rapid-decision algorithm aimed to tackle the increase of cases by infection due to the possible presence of Zika virus in Peri-urban areas of large cities, was developed and tested computationally. This approach targets to provide rapid assistance to possible cases caused by the Aedes mosquitoes minimizing the time of the processes of identification, evaluation and intervention. This paper seeks to implement a soft robotic solution for guiding endoscopic cameras. These soft robots are constructed using pliable materials, granting them the ability to conform to irregular contours and dynamic environments. This intrinsic flexibility renders them particularly adept at navigating through constrained spaces within the human body during minimally invasive procedures. Presently, the manipulation of endoscopes can lead to inadvertent injuries due to the challenges posed by their maneuverability. Public Budgeting Program 068 (PP068 by its Spanish initials) is part of the National System for Disaster Risk Management financial strategy and is linked to disaster risk management processes—among them, the processes of Reactive Management (GR by its Spanish initials). It enables articulated interventions between entities from the three government levels to reduce the vulnerability of the population and their means of living. Among the fundamental values of the child protection system, apart from the right to non-discrimination, the right to life and the best interests of the child is the right to child participation in the judicial process; however, this right has not been implemented concretely and adequately to guarantee its effectiveness. In this article, we will examine this right in the legal system and the various normative dispositions that regulate it and identify some issues that highlight the guarantees that should exist for it to be effective. Based on this, we will propose procedural measures to guarantee this right of participation and the full protection of the rights recognized in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, trying to ensure that the intervention is the least harmful as possible, depending on what the circumstances require.

This article shares its conceptual and methodological starting points, centered in the academic discussion about the configuration of the cities and the urban space, in which we take side in the everyday practices and the interactions that they hold, as the axes that configure the city, as well as the performative turn, which values subjectivity in research processes. It also presents this project’s reflexive origin about the being as entity and action, and its research axes that explore dimensions linked to the artistic, performative and knowledge of the city aspects. Finally, it shares the artistic decisions and the creative results to which we arrived.
