Objective. To determine the association between the application of the Rehabilitation Program (RP) and the Functional Performance (DF) of patients with Parkinson's disease at the "Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara" Naval Medical Center. Methods. Analytical, longitudinal, retrospective cohort study, in 18 months. By means of a sample of 46 patients, in two cohorts, functional performance was determined by dimensions of basic activities (Barthel indexes), strength and endurance (SPPB) and walking speed. Five values or categories were used to determine dependency, frailty and incoordination. Normality was determined using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and for statistical analysis the Mann- Whitney U was used, where a value of p <0.05 was considered significant. Results. How to keep students interested in a CS1 course is not new to those who teach the subject. This work describes our experience in the use of Python with its Turtle Graphic Library in a game-oriented approach that seeks to increase the interest and motivation of students. We present the assignment for branch, loops and functions: the simulation of a basic game with a spaceship that can shoot a bullet to the enemy. Our experience has shown us that students get engaged and motivate themselves with the graphical component. We have found an improvement in students' grades.

At present, the so-called “Internet of Things” has turned indispensable the applications deployed on the Internet; the computers that act as clients are not exclusively PC’s or laptops, but also smart phones, tablets, and in general many different types of devices that run applications. This article explores from a technical point of view, a new programming paradigm that lets you build the so called reactive web applications which inherently have the event-handling characteristics, scalability, resilience and sensitivity in contrast to traditional web applications.

El estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre la calidad de sueño y la capacidad funcional en adultos mayores de una comunidad rural de la provincia de Concepción (Junín), durante el año 2025. La investigación parte de la evidencia que señala que el envejecimiento se asocia con alteraciones del sueño, disminución de la capacidad funcional y mayor riesgo de dependencia, especialmente en poblaciones rurales donde el acceso a servicios de salud y programas preventivos es limitado.
