The objective of this study was to evaluate the perfomance of the process of lamination of the endosperm of corn in an agricultural company by means of the capability indices of processes, (PCI), low two focuses: traditional and bayesian. Both PCI was evaluated with simulated data under different suppositions. To the real case the results obtained by the bayesian PCI were Ĉb (D) = 0,81, while the traditional was Ĉp = 0,46 and Ĉpk = 0,81. It is concluded that the process of lamination is not capable. With regard to the simulated data, the results correspond to 100 samples of size 50, under three conditions: 1) the process is capable, centered and normal distributed. 2) It not process capable, not centered and normal. 3) The process is lightly capable, not centered and normal. Determining the processes capabilities in companies that develop software is an issue that has gained interest because through them they can be classifi ed at a certain level of capability or maturity, depending on the model used. In addition, some companies have a set of established practices and working methods, in the case of Peru is often based on Rational Unifi ed Process (RUP). This paper presents the theoretical evaluation of the processes capabilities in the operation category of software processes model Moprosoft under the assumption that an organization has properly implemented a set of minimal elements of RUP.

Designing a performance metric by the fuzzy logic, the purpose of which is incorporated more aspects of the management processes of any organization including those subjective. To show how this metric was applied prior to a billing process of a company of herbicides, where this metric was constructed by traditional indicators of efficiency and effectiveness, producing fuzzy performance measures. The results show that this fuzzy measure performance is stable and valid as it is built on classical performance indicators already familiar with the properties they own. These metrics diff se somehow standardize the processes of the organization. The construction of the software and the results obtained from the fuzzy logic module of MATLAB version 7.0 (fuzzy toolbox).

Objective. The objective of the current study was to evaluate critical nutrients of industrialized foods and compare them with the technical parameters established in the Peruvian regulations, in its two stages of implementation, referring to front-of-package labeling before the beginning of its validity in June 2019. Methods. Cross-sectional study in which the critical nutrients of sodium, total sugar, saturated fat and transfat were analyzed from data declared in the nutritional labels of 511 processed and ultra-processed foods that were part of the products purchased for the consumption of 88 families of students from one private university in Lima. Objective: To optimize the process of prior evaluation in mergers and acquisitions in Peru. Method: It is a descriptive and correlational investigation. The comparative law was used as analysis methodology for the law projects under study. Results: In the analysis of the economic impact, the sample consisted of 1 750 companies according to annual sales value and economic sectors such as lawyer services and agroindustries. The results indicated that the Proposals of Application of Thresholds on Projects of Law lack foundation and it has been verified that its uniformly application might be ineffective to all the economic sectors. This study is based on the evaluation process of the university public policy of distance education and, specifically, the implementation of the Classroom platform, in its didactic and operational dimensions, at the National Autonomous University of Huanta (UNAH), period 2020, in the context of physical and social isolation, which allowed an accurate analysis to make decisions in this regard. Peru, which is a rich country in amount of ores and gold reserves, moreover; it has an attractive minerals sector to the world and of great importance in national economic development. However, in the metallurgy of gold ores, there are minerals called refractory or complex, where free fine gold is trapped or associated with sulfides (pyrite and arsenopyrite), this problem can be seen in the concentrator Tamboraque, which uses inefficient conventional metallurgical processes and of high operating costs. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the realization of classes through virtual platforms and made the teacher evaluation, instead of positively reflecting the level of knowledge, evidenced a low performance of the students, in this case, of the Preparatory No. 7 of the Autonomous University of Guerrero, Mexico. To explain this problem, qualitative research was carried out with descriptive and interpretative scope. 50 students were interviewed, and a structured questionnaire with ten open-ended questions was developed. The main results indicated that students perceive that traditional assessment does not reflect their knowledge, but incipient learning, stress and anxiety, so they suggested modifying the assessment process.

This study aims to evaluate and compare each other, surface-active additives on the inhibition and control of acid mist, as well as different control parameters and operation of the copper electrowinning process, such as surface tension electrolyte effect on current efficiency, energy consumption and cathode quality. The results obtained confirm that the commercial additive Fluoride FC-1100 is an excellent surfactant, and that low doses drastically reduced the surface tension of electrolyte (from 75 dynes / cm to 55 dynes / cm) and therefore allows to reduce acid emissions without interfere with other process parameters such as current efficiency, energy consumption or cathodic quality deposits and obtaining good adhesion. Currently, the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy (SNMPE) states that in recent years the production of gold in Peru has reduced, since in 2016 there was a production of 153 MT, compared to 2005 with a production of 208 MT. The tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is an important mediator of the inflammatory reactions; it seems to play a central roll in the pathogenesis of several chronic inflammatory diseases including the periodontitis. It has been demonstrated that different rates exist from TNF alpha in vitro and in vivo between the individuals, so it can be associated with the presence of certain genetic polymorphism. The purpose of this investigation is to study the degree of polymorphism of the gene TNF-alpha (-308G/A) in samples of adult Peruvian patients and analyze the relationship with periodontal processes.
