La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la calidad educativa en la Institución Educativa Nº11010 Mariano Melgar Valdivieso del distrito de José Leonardo Ortiz en el 2020. La metodología se realizó bajo el tipo descriptivo – correlacional de diseño no experimental, así mismo, como técnica se utilizó la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, el mismo que fue aplicado a una población de 30 colaboradores pertenecientes a la institución estudiada. This research work is carried out with the purpose of improving the receptive capacity of the English language, which is oral comprehension in the second grade "A" students from "Cristo Rey" high school in José Leonardo Ortiz district, Chiclayo city, Lambayeque department. Based on Howard Gardner's Linguistic Intelligence where he tells us that if we develop this intelligence through: dialogues, watching and commenting on movies, singing, reading stories, games to increase vocabulary (crosswords, puzzles) and storytellings we can make our students to be able of interact and communicate correctly in a second language. The use of the storytelling strategy will allow the students to motivate the interest to listen and understand what is being communicated, by listening they will learn new sounds, adequate intonations and thus increase their level of oral comprehension to learn a language. ...

This investigation seeks to interpret the social imaginaries about Initial Education male teacher on Comas district, Lima, Perú on 2018. This study pose since qualitative focus, phenomenological design through description of narratives on that community, with semi-estructured interview, getting this information about representations or thoughts socially accepted and extended that are build aroud a rare situation on this education level, so that it offers evidence about the influence of those peceptions in the exercise and teaching practice.

Ore from the Yarusyacán District was analyzed in this research study, revealing the presence of sphalerite type 2, with a particle size ranging from 35 to 150 microns. Other species found included quartz, pyrite, pyrrhotite, calcium and potassium silicates, calcium carbonates, galena, chalcopyrite, and iron hydroxides. Based on the mineralogical characterization, laboratory tests were conducted that showed that dosing a secondary collector known as cuprocyanide can control the recovery and quality of the zinc concentrates in the third cleaning feed. Results showed that a 35 g/t dosage of cuprocyanide recovered 73.80% of zinc, whereas a 50 g/t dosage recovered only 52.94%. This demonstrated that both zinc grade and recovery increase when cuprocyanide is dosed in greater quantities; however, the excess of this reagent tends to decrease said values.

Objective: To inquire the main conditions, properties and ways of consumption of chuchuhuasi from a group of folk healers of the district of Santa María de Huachipa (Lima – Peru). There are studies of the medicinal uses of chuchuhuasi (Maytenus macrocarpa) in native communities of the Amazon known by the inhabitants and indicated by folk healers. However, information on the medicinal uses and properties of chuchuhuasi on the coast and in urban communities is rare. Materials and methods: Ten folk healers voluntarily participated in the study. Objective: To determine the effect of two natural biostimulants on the production of two varieties of rose (Rosa sp.) under greenhouse in the Quiquijana district of Cusco-Peru. Method. It was carried out in a greenhouse at an altitude of 3,053 meters above sea level. The present thesis study was carried out in the Calquiche Sector of the Chagual Annex, in the Pataz District, Pataz province, La Libertad Region, during the period between December 2021 and October 2022. The main objectives were to evaluate the impact of organic amendments in the American beauty variety of pitahaya on various growth parameters.
