Under the theoretical framework of Salovey and Moyer a psychometric test has been created to measure Emotional Intelligence. Five domains have been considered for items elaboration: a) Emotional Self-knowledge; b) Emotional Control; c) Self motivation; d) Empathy and e) Interpersonal relations. A randomly sample of 489 first level students was selected from 19 different University Programs which belong to five Academic Areas. The psychometric item analysis permited to take not statistically significant items out. The Test reported internal consistency reliability through Alfa Cronbach Coeficient. It has been reported for each domain evaluated and for the general test. It has been also confirmed content and construct validity for the test.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis causes one of the diseases with the highest mortality and morbidity rate in the Americas and around the world. In developing countries, the diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB) is based on smear microscopy and bacteriological cultures. The first method has low sensitivity, and the second take several weeks to reach a confirmatory diagnosis. El estudio de la ansiedad social en estudiantes universitarios ha cobrado una especial relevancia considerando sus implicancias en el ajuste social y el bienestar psicológico de quienes la presentan. A pesar de ello, no existen instrumentos de evaluación que estén dirigidos específicamente a esta población, quienes cotidianamente se enfrentan a situaciones particulares que pueden ser potencialmente generadoras de ansiedad. It is argued that developmental psychology is the "third discipline of scientific psychology" , emphasizing the formal aspect of behavioral continuity/change. Constructs elaborating this aspect are semantical and not empty mathematical models or fuzzy common sense concepts. Assessment is comprehensively describcd as a matrix of four components (test theory, constructs, tests, diagnostica! proces) by three levels (common sense, scientific constructs, mathematical models). Developmental psychology and assessment are confronted to conquer and extend the meaning of continuity/change, as in "convergent" and "discriminant" construct validation. The goals of this study are to develop local standards for the TEPSI Psychomotor Development Test for Argentine children and to contrast the level of psychomotor development and its growth rate between the Argentine and Chilean samples used for standardization of the instrument. Two hundred and five children aged 3 to 5 years attending public daycare centers in the province of Mendoza were evaluated. The internal consistency of the test was addressed and item-subtest correlations were calculated. Additionally, an analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a priori contrast was used, T-scores per age group were calculated, and Cohen’s d was estimated to assess the magnitude of the differences found between the contrasted samples. This paper deals with the scale development of a prototype of a clavicle from tagua plant, which was subjected to mechanical testing and in vitro biocompatibility tests in this part of the work emphasizes the biocompatibility tests performed. The biocompatibility of a biomaterial depends on various factors such as their surface characteristics, its structural composition and the coatings used on them. In this communication the author reviews the contributions of Reynaldo Alarcón to the psychometric tradition in the psychology of Peru. A former student of Walter Blumenfeld, the German psychologist emigrated to Peru in the 1930´s, Alarcón is author of a number of investigations in which he standardized questionnaires and inventories and intelligence tests, and explored aspects of the mentality of Peruvians. His text on research techniques and designs is a book of excellent quality. In the frame of this communication the author comments Alarcón’s interest for positive psychology, and his recent papers on psychology of happiness.

This research focuses on designing an automated test bench for alternators, which incorporates real - time monitoring using Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, advanced electrical analysis, and intelligent diagnostics based on a Multilayer Perceptron (MLP ) artificial intelligence model. The system allows the testing of automotive alternators under various operating conditions, measuring the RPM, voltage, and current generated and sending the data to a web platform via an ESP32 microcontroller. Multiple tes ts were performed during the experiment at various load levels and speeds, demonstrating a direct relationship between voltage and RPM. We present in this thesis the results of the design and programming of a temporal anal- ysis tool for experiment data MINERVA Test Beam (TbTaTool), which receives pions and electrons in the energy range corresponding to the end of the interactions of neutrinos energy states with MINERvA detector. The TbTaTool is independent, flexible and adapt- able to other contexts where we need to analyze the distribution of events over time, because it has separated datasets’ production from the tool itself.
