Objectives: To identify the perception of Queral Small village’s members towards the 1) formation of economic interdependent relations and the perception of knowledge about the demand of its products of the Queral Small village, 2) To know the relation between the perception of knowledge the demand of products with economic perceptions interdependence in the sample of 51 members, a representing one by greater family of 14 years of the Queral Small village. This research seeks to measure the degree of homogeneity in the perception of working conditions and environmental management, in hamlets of the Cruz de Mayo peasant community: Pampacocha, Queral, Chinchay and Miramar identified for their peculiar organizational social construction; in addition to finding out the relationship between the factors mentioned above. 98 community members participated, out of a total of 546 men and women over 16 years of age; calculated the theoretical sample of 82 at e = 0.1; with a comparison scale with 4 degrees, designed in Spanish and translated into Quechua in the area. OBJETIVO: Describir las dimensiones psicosociales de la construcción organizacional de la comunidad andina, tanto en las Comunidad Campesina Cruz de Mayo (caseríos: Pampacocha, Queral, Miramar y Chinchay) como en la Comunidad Cajabamba Alta. Experimental research, quasi-experimental design that aims to observe the effect of economic socialization program on the management of production units and business relationships of trust in a group of 24 volunteers over 18 years old from urban and rural area of Caraz. OBJECTIVE: Describe the psycho social dimensions of the organizational construction of the Andean communities Cruz De Mayo, Pamapacocha, Queral, Miramar and Cajabamba. Determine the elements of identity and diversity that create the perception that the people have about their community. MATERIAL AND METHOD: Ninety Seven individuals were interviewed sixteen years of age or older with the translated Creo C questionnaire. A discriminate analysis was used to evaluate the translated forms of the Creo C questionnaire. The Chi Cuadrado De Pearson was used to evaluate the results from the questionnaire after interviewing was complete. RESULTS: Using a scale from one to four, in perception, productivity was the more important element that scaled 3.15 opposed to retribution at 2.14.
