El objetivo del artículo es mostrar la necesidad de una visión crítica del «constructocompetencia», que actualmente carece de una aclaración semántica y epistémica. Mediante el análisis de la evolución histórica de «competencia» se explica su origen y sus significados. A través el análisis epistemológico se identifica el principio de eficiencia como fundamento del constructo competencia y asimismo de la programación y organización del proceso educativo por competencias. El resultado de este doble análisis evidencia los límites intrínsecos que oculta el modelo educativo por competencias, poniendo en cuestión su conformidad a los propósitos de la educación integral.

The construct validity of six hypothesized dimensions was explored for an Accountancy majorgraduation examination, in order to understand the underlying process of responding. Using answers from 313 examinees to an intentional sample of 17 objective items administered on large scale, a confirmatory factorial analysis was carried out, with a Multi-Trait Multi-Method matrix (MTMM): Traits represented three cognitive operations required to solve the items and the methods represented three knowledge fields of the content. Each item was linked to a cog- nitive operation and to a knowledge field. The resulting model showed convergent validity in two constructs and its manifest variables and divergent only between technical and combined knowledge. Se analizan los resultados del Análisis FactoriaI Exploratorio y Confirmatorio de loa subtests y de las áreas de la Batería Woodcock de Proficiencia en el Idioma a fin de determinar la validez teórica de la Batería. Se trabajó con los datos de la muestra de estandarización conformada por 541 alumnos de segundo a sexto grado de Primaria de centros educativos estatales y particulares. Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. The present communication informs about the construction and validation process of a psychometric reactive which evaluates the sensitivity to criticism, a psychological construct of inmense importance in the clinic, educational and organizational psychology. The authors constructed a 20-items reactive with topics as the zone of residence, the social abilities, academic achievement, and some other characteristics, to be evaluated with a Likert-Scale (0 to 10) as a motive of critic by close friends. The subjects were asked to response to what extent were they hurt by this critic.

The study analizes the results of the Exploratory and Confirmatory Factorial Analysis of the subtests and areas of the Woodcock Language Proficiency Battery in order to determine its theorical validity. The participants were 541 students from 2th to 6th grades of public and private elementary schools. It was found that the Exploratory Factorial Analysis showed two factors: Factor 1, related to higher and complex linguistic processes such as categorization, meaning interpretation, analogical relationships and met comprehension. The Confirmatory Factor Analysis showed that the assumed model was valid The Exploratory Factorial Analysis of the areas (Oral Language, Reading and Written Language) showed they measure just one construct these obtained results were confirmed through the correspondent Factor Analysis.

El objetivo del trabajo es conocer la aproximación de las propiedades psicométricas de la escala Clima laboral. La escala fue administrada a 391 trabajadores de diferentes áreas administrativas de una institución educativa superior universitaria de Lima Metropolitana, cuyas edades oscilaron entre 18 a 48 años. Los resultados revelan una consistencia interna a través del coeficiente omega (ω= 0.94) considerado como bueno; así mismo, las dimensiones registran confiabilidad con valores omega desde 0.73 hasta o.83. Dentro del proceso de Validez de Constructo, el análisis factorial confirmatorio indicó que con 4 factores, uno menos que la publicación inicial, que subyacen al constructo se confirma el modelo estructural con ajustes de los indicadores como MRM, GFI, TLI, CFI y RMSEA y como indicador de contraste del modelo con mayor ajuste el AIC.

The objective of this work is to know the approximation of the psychometric properties of the Organizational Climate scale. The scale was administered to 391 workers from different areas of a university higher education institution of Metropolitan Lima, whose ages ranged from 18 to 48 years. The results reveal an internal consistency through the omega coefficient (ω = 0.94) considered as good; Likewise, the dimensions register reliability with omega values from 0.73 to o.83. Within the Construct Validity process, confirmatory factor analysis indicated that with four factors, one less than the initial publication, underlying the construct, the structural model was confirmed with adjustments of the indicators such as MRM, GFI, TLI, IFC and RMSEA, and as a contrast indicator of the model with higher adjustment the AIC.

The present study aims at adapting psychometric Assessment Battery Revised Readers Processes (PROLEC-R). The Battery applied linguistics and pictographically adapted to a group of 504 students from 14 educational institutions in metropolitan Lima, 7 from private institutions and 7 public institutions of both sexes. Such analysis indicated that scores of PROLEC-R adapted to be reliable, calculated by the method of internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha) for sub test and total. Also validates evidence of the content (expert opinion), criterion (concurrent validity) and construct (confirmatory factor analysis).
