This study aims to know how the training processes of practicing teachers contribute to the construction of beliefs about teaching at the university. Froma qualitative methodology with agrounded theory approach, professors from public and private universities were selected through theoretical sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect data whichwere analytically coded. This study analyzes the psychometric structure of the CAPE- R scale, which assesses the beliefs about the educational process in rural teachers; explores the teacher´s profile, and analyzes the significant differences between the beliefs according to sociodemographic variables. The sample included 150 rural teachers from Mendoza, Argentina. The exploratory factor analysis yielded a factorial structure made up of four factors that explained a 44.19% of the variance of responses to the test. Internal consistency coefficients ranged from .74 to .85. The data show a predominance of difficulties in the educational process dimension (M=2.83; DE=.69), the only dimension that reached a significant association with the educational level of the classes (F =4.77, p<.05).

The aim of this study was to reveal formative assessments as being a component of the teaching-learning process in the university context in post-COVID-19 times. This study has focused on the qualitative approach through the interpretive phenomenological method. The data gathering tool used was that of a semi-structured interview with seven professors from the education and engineering programs at the Universidad Nacional José María Arguedas, Peru. The intervention stems from a generating idea—the book “Alice in Wonderland”—which allows for connections between the contents of the modules, involves co-teaching, multidisciplinary work, and shared evaluation experiences. Accurate determination of plant water status is mandatory to optimize irrigation scheduling and thus maximize yield. Infrared thermography (IRT) can be used as a proxy for detecting stomatal closure as a measure of plant water stress. In this study, an open-source software (Thermal Image Processor (TIPCIP)) that includes image processing techniques such as thermal-visible image segmentation and morphological operations was developed to estimate the crop water stress index (CWSI) in potato crops. This study explores the perception of some university professors regarding the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education teaching. Using a qualitative approach, fifty professors from various disciplines were carefully selected and interviewed to obtain their perspectives on the impact of AI in the educational field. The professors responded to a semi-structured questionnaire covering six key aspects: their general perception of AI in education, the use of AI-based tools, perceived benefits, concerns, recommendations for successful implementation, and the future vision of AI’s role in higher education. Objective: This study analyzes practical, didactic, and evaluative experiences in the context of university professional practice, drawing on the narratives of 47 students (from initial, intermediate, and final internships) and 9 tutor-teachers from two campuses of a state university in southern Chile. Method: Data were collected through discussion groups guided by a thematically validated script and analyzed using structural analysis, applying a parallel structure in the form of binary discourse. Results: The findings show that tutor-teacher supervision promotes dialogic learning and that the emotional dimension is a central component of student–teacher interactions.
