In this study, an analysis of pre-trial proceedings is made, given the new scenario of programming virtual hearings and the subsequent procedural burden that will arise once the state of emergency is lifted. Moreover, operational aspects are raised for the correct application of this procedural institution and statistical data on its use in specialized courts in different parts of the country are evaluated, in order to reevaluate the advantages of pre-trial proceedings as a tool for procedural simplification that leads to an expeditious, effective and timely resolution.

With the increase of the university population, the individual psychological care service by psychologists in universities has been affected. Which has caused discomfort among students to access the psychological consulting service. Therefore, this project aims to implement a data analysis system to control the psychological variables that affect university students, improving attention to them through the use of artificial intelligence (AI). We present a system that allows the visualization of data related to the mental health of the students who developed a psychological test, with which the psychologist will be able to diagnose the student's mental state and determine if he or she requires personalized attention. Finally, with this research, we achieved an improvement in the speed of attention and quality of service for the student.

The aim of this paper is to highlight the ductility of the legislative limit of the employer’s supervisory power. This is favoured by the use of abstract terms such as «reasonable and necessary». These terms are left to the employer to define and justify the application of labour inspection measures, such as video surveillance. The referred ductility allows the obtaining of evidence with violation of the fundamental right of the worker to the protection of personal data related to his dignity. In the sustainable tourist sector today, there is a wide margin of loss in small and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) because of a poor control in logistical expenses. In other words, acquired goods are note being sold, a scenario which is very common in tourism SMEs. These SMEs buy a number of travel packages to big companies and because of the lack of demand of said packages, they expire and they become an expense, not the investment it was meant to be. No data to crawl? Monolingual corpus creation from PDF files of truly low-resource languages in Peru

We introduce new monolingual corpora for four indigenous and endangered languages from Peru: Shipibo-konibo, Ashaninka, Yanesha and Yine. Given the total absence of these languages in the web, the extraction and processing of texts from PDF files is relevant in a truly low-resource language scenario. Our procedure for monolingual corpus creation considers language-specific and language-agnostic steps, and focuses on educational PDF files with multilingual sentences, noisy pages and low-structured content. Through an evaluation based on language modelling and character-level perplexity on a subset of manually extracted sentences, we determine that our method allows the creation of clean corpora for the four languages, a key resource for natural language processing tasks nowadays.

Research shows that around 300 million children in the world live in situations of violence in their homes. In addition, it is mentioned that the attention to these cases is not adequate in terms of attention time and treatment [1]. This paper presents a web application which obtains statistics in real time that allows specialists to show cases of physical abuse and thus be able to intervene quickly. We present a system based on Amazon Web Services (AWS) made with MySql database and the RDS service. Compared to the traditional method, a survey carried out on paper and with a data processing time. This comparison showed that the average data capture rate is lower than with the traditional method since the data is uploaded to the network instantly without the need to digitize the responses and it can also be used anywhere with internet access.

The present study proposes a method of automatic detection of tuberculosis (TB) bacilli from digital images of Ziehl Neelsen sputum smear baciloscopy. The method is based on an algorithm that aims to automate the interpretation of optical microscopic images of sputum smears. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a specialist can not analyze and process more than 20 samples per day (in order to not affect the analysis sensitivity and commit errors in diagnosis).
