The seismic magnitude is a basic parameter which is related with the amount of energy released by an earthquake. The magnitude is a function of the signal energy and of the attenuation for the epicentral distance. The seismic station of Ñaña (NNA) belongs to the international network Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology (IRIS), has a broadband sensor of three components. The acquisition of the signal is free via internet through AutoDRM protocol. In this work a mathematical algorithm is developed through the multiple linear regression method. The hipocentral data are obtained from the Instituto Geofisico del Peru (IGP) catalog, while the magnitudes are obtained from the National Earthquake Information Center (NEIC) catalog. The magnitude equation obtained obtained is accredit respect to the Mw magnitude of NEIC.

En este trabajo se presenta un análisis de la iconografía tiwanaku en los equipos de inhalar polvos psicoactivos, con referencia a la escultura lítica, textiles y cerámica. Estos equipos permiten un estudio inicial de la configuración iconográfica tiwanaku debido a su función específica y a su amplia distribución geográfica y temporal. El ajuar inhalatorio consiste de una tableta rectangular, un tubo, una cucharilla y una bolsa de cuero como recipiente para los polvos. El autor ha documentado 84 tabletas y 23 tubos con este tipo de iconografía. Se discuten los temas representados, sus variaciones y componentes, y distribución geográfica.

Nuestra investigación tiene por objetivo describir las características del modelo epistemológico dominante de la proporcionalidad presente en los textos oficiales de Matemática de Educación Secundaria. The article aims to describe some optimization problems and their application in managerial and financial decision-making at organizations. This description is made from two approaches, first from the perspective of data analysis, where we see that these types of problems are in the stage of prescriptive analysis and, secondly, from a more formal or mathematical perspective where we see that they are part of the branch of analytical models. This type of analytical model can be proposed through three basic components: a target variable, decision or control variables and constraints. In this context, various application cases are reviewed and, finally, we will explain with a simple example, the use of the Solver function of Excel for the resolution of this type of problems through the simplex method.

Se presenta el diseño de un módulo portátil y compacto para la obtención del Tc-99m a partir del Mo-99, mediante extracción con solventes y purificación posterior mediante cromatografía en columnas de alúmina básica y acida. Se describe la función y momento de actuación de cada componente (mecánico, eléctrico, etc.). El módulo propuesto operará en forma automática minimizando las intervenciones manuales. Se redunda en lo referente a los sistemas de seguridad en cuanto al empleo de sensores y cámaras digitales a fin de tener un mayor control a distancia apropiada. El prototipo propuesto es de bajo costo económico, tecnología accesible y fácil mantenimiento a fin de cumplir con los niveles y estándares de calidad establecidos para su aplicación medicinal.

On the basis of the extensive literatureon the subject, we advance two new indicators: the Matrix of Capabilities and Functioning(MCF), and the Algorithm of Human Development (HDA).The MCF is composed of vectors of capabilities and functionings, based on Sen’s idea of RefinedFunctionings. El propósito del presente trabajo es determinar la prevalencia y factores asociados al consumo de drogas ilegales en adolescentes de Huancayo. El diseño fue descriptivo de corte transversal. Fueron encuestados 287 residentes en 1200 viviendas de los distritos de Huancayo, el Tambo y Chilca de la ciudad de Huancayo, con edades entre 12 a 20 años, seleccionados a través de un muestreo probabilístico bietápico. Se utilizó el cuestionario sobre prevención y consumo de drogas de DEVIDA. Los resultados mostraron una prevalencia de vida de marihuana de 1.19%, inhalantes 1.02 %, y éxtasis 0.62%. Así mismo se observó una mayor prevalencia en el sexo masculino, siendo la marihuana la droga ilegal más consumida.
