This paper highlights the need to examine the role of a constituent assembly within a democratic and constitutional system. To this end, a detailed analysis of the issue is undertaken on the basis of doctrine and constitutional history. It is concluded that the purpose of a constituent assembly is to establish a constituent power and to reform the constitution. Constituent power is the ability of a society to create or reform fundamental rights and the structure of government. Thus, the Constituent Assembly is the way in which the people exercise this power with the aim of amending the existing constitution or creating a new one. El chincho (Tagetes elliptica Sm) es una hierba aromática de la sierra del Perú, normalmente utilizada como aditivo culinario, aparte de esta resaltante propiedad, en algunos casos es utilizada para fines terapéuticos, lo que aparentemente evidencia que posee otras propiedades. Con el fin ampliar la información sobre las propiedades funcionales de esta hortaliza, se planteó investigar los componentes antioxidantes: vitamina C y flavonoides, para ello se plantearon los siguientes objetivos: determinar el contenido de vitamina C (por espectrofotometría), flavonoides 3-hidroxilo en extractos acuoso y etenólico (por espectrofotometría), y el contenido de catequinas en las hojas del chincho (por HPLC). El presente trabajo de investigación muestra los significados del Cuidado desde la Perspectiva Transcultural, que tienen las enfermeras que laboran en los consultorios de Crecimiento y Desarrollo de los Centros de Salud de la Dirección de Salud V Lima-Ciudad. Tuvo como objetivos conocer el significado del cuidado desde la perspectiva Transcultural, caracterizar el cuidado que brindan las enfermeras y analizar la relación entre ambos. Como sustento teórico fue enmarcado dentro de la teoría de Madeleine Leininger. En este estudio participaron diez enfermeras que laboraban en los consultorios de Crecimiento y Desarrollo; las técnicas para la recogida de datos fueron la observación participante, la entrevista no estructurada y la revisión documentada (en este caso de la historia clínica en la que se observo la anotación realizada por la enfermera luego de la atención a cada niño)...

Este texto presenta una reflexión teórica de la teoría de la mente (ToM) y su configuración en la adultez, así como un abordaje de las evidencias respecto a sus componentes, tanto en la infancia como en la adultez, lo que involucra pensar que la habilidad de inferir estados mentales de los demás se manifiesta de manera cualitativamente diferente en la infancia y en la adultez. Se presentan evidencias alrededor de las bases neurocientíficas de la ToM y se termina explorando diferentes enfoques teóricos, en particular el enfoque ejecutivo, que aborda la teoría de la mente como una función ejecutiva (FE). Se concluye indicando que la evidencia señala que si bien la FE es necesaria para la configuración de la ToM no es suficiente para un adecuado desempeño mentalista.

The chincho (Tagetes elliptica Sm) is an aromatic grass of the mountain range of Peru, normally is used as culinary additive, apart from this curious property, in some cases it is used for therapeut i c aims, whi ch apparent l y demonstrates it possesses other properties. We assessed the texture profile (TPA), Aw and PH of hot-dog elaborated on the basis of llama meat; We worked with 16 formulations that included different levels of inclusion of egg albumin (AH), Tara Gum (GT) and functional soy Concentrate (CSF). By TPA, cohesiveness, mastication, hardness, gumminess and elasticity were assessed. To evaluate the individual and synergistic effect of the components, the mixture design method was used. It was found that the addition of CSF influenced significantly in hardness (R2 = 0.92) and chewability (r2 = 0.94), while cohesiveness was positively influenced by the greater proportion of GT and AH (r2 = 0.97). On the other hand, the elasticity showed greater magnitude when the proportion of CSF and AH (R2 = 0.90) increased in the mixture.
