The construction and operation of railroads in Colombia was one of the most significant events for the economic, social and cultural development of the country in the 19th century. This historical milestone took place in the department of Antioquia, where a railroad line of its own was built, improving mobility conditions while at the same time constructing the necessary infrastructure for its operation, such as stations and workshops, in different parts of the route. Exposure to high-altitude hypobaric hypoxia provides a useful pathophysiological model for studying the brain's response to reduced oxygen availability. In this study, gene expression was analyzed in different brain regions (hypothalamus, striatum, hippocampus, and cerebral cortex) of rats exposed to 3153 m a.s.l., focusing on markers of inflammation and cellular adaptation: NLRP3, IL-1β, and HIF-1α. For the samples obtained from each brain region, three consecutive procedures were performed following the manufacturer's instructions: total RNA extraction, reverse transcription to complementary DNA (cDNA), and quantification by real-time PCR (qPCR). Findings showed limited induction of NLRP3, whereas IL-1β and HIF-1α were markedly overexpressed. El trabajo de Investigación tuvo como propósito evaluar el efecto de la Adición de aditivos en raciones de codornices (Coturnix coturnix japonica) reproductoras, y el efecto en la calidad de huevo bajo condiciones de trópico húmedo-Yurimaguas. Se evaluaron la calidad de huevo, cuyos parámetros fueron: Porcentaje de postura, peso de huevo, Largo y ancho del huevo, índice de mortalidad, así como el mérito económico, en 72 codornices reproductoras, de 60 días de edad, empleando el Diseño Completamente al Azar, con cuatro tratamientos y tres repeticiones, y un grado de confiabilidad (P<0.05). Los tratamientos fueron: T0: sin aditivos, T1 (complejo B); T2: 100 mg de bicarbonato de sodio, T3: 100 mg de ácido acetilsalicílico y T4:300mg de vitamina C. We present an unusual case of birth of a neonate with complex chromosomal rearrangement type apparently balanced three-way translocation, The neonate presented with karyotype 46, XY t(3; 12; 15)(q12; q13; q15) de novo, with dysmorphic features, such as low ear implantation, redundant skin on the neck , micropenis, congenital heart disease with anatomical variant without functional alteration who was born and evaluated at our institution. This type of rearrangement is usually related to conditions other than congenital malformations, such as hematological disorders, and in phenotypically normal carriers with fertility problems; therefore, it is important to carry out a thorough follow-up of the patient due to possible complications in their psychomotor development and adequate genetic counseling to family members.

Persons find it difficult to know, identify and understand legal provisions, which being abundant coexist with the fluctuating case law, the doctrine, among other legal cognitive inputs. In view of the foregoing, this research attempts to overcome the problem of the cognoscibility of law through two practical applications of artificial intelligence – expert informative and cognitive legal systems – with the aim of ensuring better conditions of access, identification and comprehension of the law, by all persons, to suitably channel their behaviors. This scenario manages to configure a new interaction between the legal information and the persons, to attain further knowledge of the law as an ideal condition of legal security.

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo principal el diseño de un Complejo Veterinario de Animales Domésticos en la ciudad de Iquitos, 2022, ubicado en el distrito de Iquitos, provincia de Maynas, departamento de Loreto, Perú.
