The research aims to relate the characteristics of the management and organizational capacity of the Peruvian university with the level of educational inclusion of students with hearing disabilities. A cross-sectional correlational design was used and a descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was carried out of the results of the Inclusive Educational Environment (3E + I) questionnaire, which was applied to a random sample of two groups of students (a group with disabilities and another without disabilities). The instrument was validated by means of a previous pilot test whose Cronbach’s alpha reliability index was 0.920. The results showed an inverse negative correlation between the perceptions of the clusters. The relationship between executive functions (EF), creative personality, and academic performance in Argentine university students was examined. A total of 248 students (M = 22.97 years, SD = 4.43) from various Argentine provinces participated. The Adult Executive Functioning Inventory (ADEXI), the Cognitive Flexibility Scale, the Creative Behavior Scale (ECC), and the Creative Personality Scale (EPC) were used, along with academic performance data and sociodemographic information. Data were collected online through Google Forms and analyzed using Spearman correlations and mediation analysis with robust Maximum Likelihood estimator and Bootstrap. Literature as an artistic phenomenon is a proposal to create meaning and negotiate aesthetic values within a community. When this interaction occurs in the university environment, building up meaning is part of the academic discursive practices. Becoming familiar with these practices and successfully reproducing them requires specialized training. This article is based on the theory of critical reading, and presents a systematic and functional methodology to strategically read short narrative literary texts in an early-year college literature class. This competency-based approach privileges the collective construction of meaning and gives the student an active role in their learning. Therefore, it trains individuals capable of reading critically and appreciating an artistic product. We include a guide to commenting on short stories and a methodology for class discussion.

El presente artículo expone las contribuciones de la primera etapa de lainvestigación «Teorías y retos en la formación del profesorado en México», la cualanaliza en el marco de la transición de la Reforma Educativa actual el dominio delas competencias docentes de los profesores. El objetivo de este estudio consistióen identificar la formación y práctica de los maestros de educación básica y mediasuperior del estado de Tlaxcala para el desarrollo de sus competencias docentes.La investigación se realizó con una metodología descriptiva transversal de cortecuantitativo, se encuestaron a 346 docentes de los tres niveles educativos. Enlos resultados se resalta que un número considerable de docentes carece de la formación pedagógica y adquieren las competencias específicas durante el ejercicio de la función docente.

This study aims to know how the training processes of practicing teachers contribute to the construction of beliefs about teaching at the university. Froma qualitative methodology with agrounded theory approach, professors from public and private universities were selected through theoretical sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect data whichwere analytically coded. Among the results it was found that the teachers' beliefs come frominstitutional training of a normative typewhich emphasizes a functional teaching in didactic techniques, use of technology and innovation, excluding training in knowledge of the discipline they teach. Determinar los factores asociados a una adecuada percepción de competencias clínicas por alumnos de medicina luego de un curso de semiología. Materiales y métodos. Se realizó un estudio de tipo transversal analítico. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por estudiantes de medicina humana de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego del curso de Semiología del semestre 2019-02 obteniendo una muestra de 134 estudiantes que cumplían los criterios de selección. El presente trabajo de investigación determinó que, para los insumos leche evaporada y hojuela de cereales del Programa del Vaso de Leche en Lima Metropolitana, la concentración de proveedores se encontró en nivel Muy Alto del 2008 al 2018, de acuerdo con la escala del indicador de Herfindahl-Hirschman. Asimismo, para el caso de la leche evaporada, se observó que la tasa de crecimiento de su precio promedio en el Programa del Vaso de Leche fue dos veces mayor que en mercados mayoristas.
