The research aims to relate the characteristics of the management and organizational capacity of the Peruvian university with the level of educational inclusion of students with hearing disabilities. A cross-sectional correlational design was used and a descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was carried out of the results of the Inclusive Educational Environment (3E + I) questionnaire, which was applied to a random sample of two groups of students (a group with disabilities and another without disabilities). The instrument was validated by means of a previous pilot test whose Cronbach’s alpha reliability index was 0.920. The results showed an inverse negative correlation between the perceptions of the clusters. The enforceability of awards is the most valued feature of arbitration. This alternative dispute resolution mechanism depends, almost entirely, on the efficiency of the final product it provides: the award. Literature as an artistic phenomenon is a proposal to create meaning and negotiate aesthetic values within a community. When this interaction occurs in the university environment, building up meaning is part of the academic discursive practices. Becoming familiar with these practices and successfully reproducing them requires specialized training. This article is based on the theory of critical reading, and presents a systematic and functional methodology to strategically read short narrative literary texts in an early-year college literature class. This competency-based approach privileges the collective construction of meaning and gives the student an active role in their learning. Therefore, it trains individuals capable of reading critically and appreciating an artistic product. We include a guide to commenting on short stories and a methodology for class discussion.

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo principal analizar la relación entre el funcionamiento familiar y la resiliencia en estudiantes de educación superior de Lima Metropolitana bajo el contexto de pandemia por el COVID-19. Participaron 145 estudiantes, 84 mujeres y 61 hombres, con edades entre los 18 a 25 años (M=21.46, DE= 2.75). El instrumento utilizado para medir el Funcionamiento Familiar fue la Escala de Cohesión y Flexibilidad Familiar (FACES-IV) (Olson, 2006).
