This research project aimed to give a perspective on the implementation of technologies in basic education in Peru. How the automation of basic education processes in Peru helps students, parents, teachers, and administrative staff to reduce time, to have better educational quality, and to obtain indicators for the teacher and student. The general objective of this scientific study was to explain to what extent the new policies on basic quality conditions affect the licensing process of a public institute in Ancash. The method used was the hypothetical deductive method, establishing hypotheses and testing them by statistical methods, with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental correlational causal research design with a cross-sectional approach, applied to a sample of 42 workers. The survey was used as a technique and two validated and reliable questionnaires were used as instruments, each related to its respective variable. The evaluation of teaching performance is a process of reflection and improvement that provides the necessary mechanisms for teachers to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of teacher performance evaluation in elementary education. The study method used was argumentative criticism based on an analysis of the literature on the subject. Thus, the approach (introduction), development (arguments), and conclusions are presented. As a conclusion, it has been obtained that the evaluation of teaching performance allows the optimization of resources and instruments in teaching practices. In this sense, it helps teachers to make decisions to improve their teaching.

In the process of basic education, life skills are developed and strengthened. Therefore, it is necessary to apply innovative tools and strategies to strengthen the student's mathematical learning. Objective: To identify the strategies used in the mathematics course, which are expository, teamwork, action, symposium, use of mental maps, comparative charts, and the use of technology in an alternative basic education institution in Callao. The methodology was quantitative, cross-sectional, non-experimental. Municipal employees have come under fire for poor performance and conduct in their work as some engage in corruption and others are not qualified enough to discharge their duties to the required levels. Employee training and development has become one of the key aspects in improving employee performance in organisations thus leading to improved organizational performance and growth. The study investigated the relationship between the quality of employee training and development on service delivery in a selected municipality with data collected from 150 employees. The results indicated the need for effective employee training and development systems and processes to achieve improved employee performance thus improved provision of basic services to the communities.

Recently, the skill to play games has led to the professionalization of the activity in the form of “eSports” (electronic sports). Despite the popularity of eSports, little is known about its professional players from a psychological perspective. Given the importance of the coach-created environment in the athletes’ motivational processes, this study aimed to investigate the key psychological dimensions of the coach-created climate in 75 Brazilian professional players of League of Legends (LoL) considering the Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and Achievement Goal Theory (AGT). This work is about learning tool wich provides the necessary parameters for a program controlling robots of type LUKAS at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The robot controlling program needs various parameters depending on its environment, like the light intensity distribution, and camera settings as exposure time and gain raw. La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la incidencia del proceso legal de la conciliación extrajudicial en el derecho a la obtención de una pensión alimentaria a favor de los hijos en Lima Metropolitana. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo la población de estudio estuvo constituida por 196 conciliadores y abogados conciliadores de 20 Centros de Conciliación. Al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó finalmente con 130 personas con un muestreo probalistico. In this study: Business process management and public contracts in the district municipality of Saquena, 2022, with the intention of testing whether business process management and public contracts are related. The type of research is basic-non-experimental, of a descriptive level, and it was carried out with a sample of 15 municipal officials. En el proceso de inclusión educativa, se ha intentado diversas formas para aprovechar las condiciones en las que se desarrolla la educación básica, que permita que el estudiante con discapacidad pueda aprender con calidad. Por ello el propósito del presente artículo, producto de una investigación no experimental descriptivo propositiva, es describir el diseño de estrategias metodológicas en la educación inclusiva para mejorar el proceso de aprendizaje en aulas regulares en la amazonia peruana.
