In this study: Business process management and public contracts in the district municipality of Saquena, 2022, with the intention of testing whether business process management and public contracts are related. The type of research is basic-non-experimental, of a descriptive level, and it was carried out with a sample of 15 municipal officials. It is concluded that the reliability coefficient has a value of 0.000<0.05, this means that there is a significant link between the study variables.
