The process of this investigation clearly demonstrates the precariousness of the knowledge that exists on the radio. Being the most massive means in terms of its ability to arrive, and the most experienced by its volume of production, as well as its varied historical uses, however, is the least explored and investigated. The objectives of communicative research still prioritize the study of those media where the hegemonic economic and ideological sectors in our societies reproduce their power with greater evidence.

Objective: To evaluate the advantages of using movies as a tool in the teaching-learning process in medicine and health sciences PhD programs. Materials and methods: Twenty-one (21) PhD students participated in the study: nine (09) from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres (USMP) and twelve (12) from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). Thirteen (13) were males and eight (08) were females. Males’ average age was 43.54 and females’ was 56.75. This paper contributes to the reflection on the process of transition from analog television to digital television which is to be broadcasted in Peru and considers that digital television offers a better sound and image quality and less interference. The process of technological migration may take 1 O years. Peru has already opted for rhe Japanese standard HDTV, which among orher advanrages offers portable and mobile reception. En este trabajo de tesis se presenta el desarrollo de una herramienta software basada en el lenguaje XPDL, que incluye como parte de sus funcionalidades: la definición de procesos, la explosión de actividades, la definición de metodologías y la gestión de versiones de los procesos y metodologías. Para lograr dicho objetivo, se ha desarrollado una extensión al XPDL que permita el manejo de los conceptos de: explosión, metodologías y versionado de procesos, dado que son conceptos que no se encuentran incluidos de forma nativa en el mencionado lenguaje.

El presente articulo ofrece información de los programas de capacitación implementados por los países de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) como respuesta al desempleo que afronta los jóvenes de escasos recursos. Para ello se expone el objetivo y el alcance de los programas de capacitación laboral implementados desde la década de los 80 al presente, por diferentes gobiernos, así como los cambios en sus procesos. Para el caso Peruano se realizó un análisis documental del Programa de Capacitación Laboral Juvenil (PROJOVEN), programa promovido por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE), se abordó los resultados de investigaciones académicas de diversos autores especialmente en los procesos operativos.

The present article seeks to make known the probative treatment of compliance programs in a criminal proceeding followed against a legal entity. It is necessary to execute a compliance program within a company to achieve effective control and prevention of risks. It also details how the legal entity, in its status as a procedural subject, must prove the effectiveness of said compliance program in order to be exempt from liability for the commission of an offense carried out by a manager or subordinate belonging to the business organization.

Health care is an institutionalized activity under the control of the State. Current public policy offers benefits limited to scientific progress and the use of technology for its potential to solve highly complex problems. However, in public hospitals, the distance between the discourse and the concretion of care is observed, whose epitome is human praxis. This work is the result of a research project of the Master’s and Doctoral Program in Medical, Dental and Health Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Uses the ethnographic method in the clinical context. Findings open the discussion on the scope and implications of how technology is used in the clinical context. Currently, the use of technology is a topic of research in the Department of History and Philosophy of Medicine of the UNAM, coordinated by Professor Alfredo Paulo Maya.

Objective. To identify limiting factors in the process of preparing a scientific research project in students of the nursing program at Universidad de Huanuco, 2019. Methods. It was an observational, prospective, and analytical study. Population sample comprised of 60 students. Measurement instruments were: interview guide with general characteristics of the sample. Two questionnaires, preparation of a research project and limiting factors, which were validated. This article is about the process of population ageing in Peru and Latin America, in the context of the pandemic. During the last 20 years, Latin American people have been ageing. This scenario presents several dilemmas for governments. Peru has faced this situation for about 10 years. The latest statistical figures have shown this demographic trend. This situation stablishes some challenges for the Peruvian government. Therefore, the situation of the elderly, the existing social policies and the social service programs will be analyzed. Methodologically, the research presents a theoretical discussion, a bibliographic review, and a systematization of various experiences.

The main objective of this study was the design and implementation of instruments to evaluate teacher’s performance in a higher education distance unit of a public mexican university. The process consisted of an eight-stage program, based on information generated by interviews, group discussions and document revisions. As a result, three instruments were designed and implemented to collect information from different perspectives: from the student, the supervisor and the evaluated person himself.

El Instituto para la Calidad PUCP cuenta con un sistema de gestión de la calidad y certificación ISO 9001:2015, lo que demuestra su compromiso con la excelencia educativa y mejora continua.
