La fabricación de botones para prendas de vestir a partir de las semillas de tagua en el Perú ha sido una actividad poco difundida en los últimos años. Esto conlleva a que la producción por parte de los artesanos y pequeños productores sea baja, ya que no cuentan con maquinaria autónoma que realice múltiples procesos. Además, el costo de estas máquinas autónomas es alta y transportarlo es dificultoso por su peso y tamaño, los artesanos optan por máquinas pequeñas que realizan un proceso en cada ciclo de producción. Objetivo: Evaluar la asociación entre la implementación del proceso de atención nutricia para la gestión de la información y los resultados relacionados con la nutrición de una Institución de Salud, Lima 2024. Métodos: Estudio cuantitativo, de tipo analítico y de corte transversal. Muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, participaron nutricionistas en ejercicio (n=53). Para determinar la asociación entre las variables se empleó la prueba exacta de Fisher con un nivel de significancia (< 0,05). Para el análisis multivariado, se aplicó la regresión de Poisson; con varianzas robustas. The article exposes the results of a critical analysis of the implementation process of the program Escuela Nueva in Colombia. It proposes a review at the policy borrowing process from an international perspective, as well as a description of the dynamics of implementation within the Colombian context. For such aim, an exhaustive analysis was performed by implementing a qualitative documentary review, using a typological sample selection of sources. The conclusions suggest the need to consider attendance and transition indicators as key elements for decision making regarding the continuity, diversification and improvement of the program, as well as the urgency of unifying the national goals in pursuit of a coordinated implementation of rural programs.

In Peru, the vast majority of health facilities, both public and private, still have medical record formats on paper. Migration to the electronic health records information system (SIHCE) has been seen to be a great challenge in many respects. The San Pablo Hospital Complex (CHSP) is made up of eleven health establishments distributed in four departments of the country. The implementation process of any policy or program is complex in itself and can present a series of factors that hinder its development. The establishment of an educational policy with an intercultural approach is no stranger to this, since —like any process— it must be implemented and then evaluated. Mexico’s public hospitals are experiencing major operational problems, such as process and service failure, as well as the lack of supplies and medical equipment. Some hospitals have started kaizen philosophy-based efforts to improve this situation. The main objective of the research is to explore the implementation of the kaizen philosophy in the above-mentioned hospitals. The research used a qualitative methodology and the case study strategy. The results show that it is feasible to optimize the Covid-19 emergency and treatment process by applying kaizen philosophy, process innovation and jidoka techniques.

The objective of this research is to analyze how the implementation of state initiatives in drug control policy is related to the configuration of life strategies in farmers of the Monzón Valley. To do this, it (a) identifies how the implementation process was developed in drug control policies; (b) characterizes the narratives and practices constructed by farmers based on the application of these initiatives; and (c) analyzes how the interrelation between the implementation process and the capitals of the population is linked to the configuration of life strategies.
