El presente trabajo de investigación analiza un caso de discriminación laboral suscitado en el marco de las contrataciones efectuadas por la Municipalidad Provincial de Cajamarca, en el cual un trabajador interpone una acción de amparo alegando la vulneración de los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad y a la no discriminación. El conflicto surge ante la existencia de diferencias salariales injustificadas, respecto a otros empleados que desempeñan funciones similares, en el marco de la aplicación efectiva de las garantías constitucionales en materia de Derecho Laboral. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of pensionomics as a prospective tool for pension evaluation. This paper suggests a paradigm shift – a multi-disciplinary synthesis of differingperspectives in evaluating pension’s overall performance based on past work on pension evaluation – incorporating non-economic variables with significant impact on economic growth and social development. First published in 1918, Anales de la Facultad de Medicina is the official journal of San Fernando Faculty of Medicine, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Following some years of absence, Anales was again published in 1995, under the direction of Dean José Piscoya Arbañil. Most of the Editorial Staff was later included in the new Editorial Committee in 2000 under the direction of José Pacheco Romero. Permanence, punctuality, visibility and impact distinguished the 15 years of administration of the journal despite editorial and financing limitations. Anales has received support from all the Faculty of Medicine Deans and the University Research Vice-Rector. It has obtained important indizations, and has digitized all journal articles and their respective doi since 1918, allowing more visits, article discharges and citations.
