The texture and magnetic anisotropy of a YBa2Cu3O7-x (YBCO) film growth onto a MgO substrate are analyzed in order to understand the relation between them. X-ray diffraction shows the presence of the (00l) reflections from the YBCO layer with a grain’s fraction value 98%. Rocking Curves (RC) measurements reveal an out-of-plane texture with a full width at the half maximum of 0.81°, revealing a high uniaxial texture in the YBCO film. Y Ba2Cu3O7 epitaxial superconducting film is consequence of an optimum epitaxial growth process of superconducting grains. Also, the substrate's epitaxy has a direct repercussion on the lm microstructure and its physical properties. Conventional characterization techniques such as: scanning electronic microscopy, and x ray difrraction, allowed us to obtain a quick assessment of epitaxy quality through of texture quantification of the film. We present the results of texture quantification in Y Ba2Cu3O7 superconducting films.

De acuerdo con las estadísticas del Ministerio de Salud, antes del inicio de este programa nacional, cerca de 7000 personas con VIH / SIDA necesitaban terapia antirretroviral en el Perú. Las prevalencias más elevadas se encuentran en Lima, Callao, Iquitos, Ica y el norte del país. Alrededor del 75% de los casos viven en Lima y Callao y el otro 25% en provincias.
