Mechatronics and Robotics (MaR) have recently gained importance in product development and manufacturing settings and applications. Therefore,the Center for Space Emerging Technologies (C-SET) has managed an international multi-disciplinary study to present, historically, the first Latin American general review of industrial, collaborative, and mobile robotics, with the support of North American and European researchers and institutions. The present project is about the implementation of an autonomous mobile robot designed for logistic tasks in different areas of a company, university, etc. This robot is able to navigate autonomously in real environments, you just need to specify the initial position, the grip map of the world and the target locations, and the robot will generate automatically the optimal path to reach the target positions, and then will follow this path while avoiding obstacles such as persons, trash bins, etc. These characteristics allow that our robot can be used in logistic tasks where the robot needs to carry loads from one place to another. In this project we developed two robot models, the first one called R2d2‐R1 can carry loads of up to 3kg, and the second one called can carry loads of up to 25Kg. Objective: The effects of an online prevention program on technological addictions and cognitive-affective dispositions in university students during the COVID-19 pandemic were evaluated. Methods: Forty-two students participated in the sample, of which 21 formed the experimental group (EG) and the other 21 students the control group (CG). Academic efficacy and academic engagement scales were used, as well as cell phone, internet and video game addiction tests. This paper presents a systematic review of the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in assistance robots for people with disabilities, aiming to evaluate their impact on users' quality of life. The research examines various AI applications, analyzing their effectiveness and progress in areas such as mobility, social interaction, physical rehabilitation, and cognitive support. An exhaustive search was conducted in academic databases, selecting relevant studies detailing the implementation of these technologies in assistive devices. This research explores the perception of customers in Spain about interactions with chatbots as customer service agents and attempts to identify the communicative and marketing factors of success in this interactivity, which is growing in the Broadband Society. To achieve the research objectives, a quantitative methodology is followed through a survey aimed at Spanish clients without distinction of origin. The results show that customers’ perception of the chatbot depends on the context. If the customer’s question or request is simple, the perception is positive; if it is a complex question, the perception is negative.
