Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is considered a neurodevelopmental disorder, whose prevalence has increased in recent years, showing in some cases deficits in the cognitive area, with processing speed (PS) being one of the affected variables. Therefore, the present study aims to: 1) compare the scores obtained in relation to the PS variable between students aged 6 to 11 with ASD and their peers with neurotypical development in Metropolitan Lima; and 2) establish the PS profile of the included students with ASD. Statistical competence is defined as the leader’s feature of character, which characterizes his willingness and ability to organize, to process and interpret information, needed to implement management processes. Statistical competence should be considered as a substructure of functional competence of the leader as it is shown in the article. The evaluation of indicators for the basic level of statistical competence for different categories of principles of educational institutions was carried out. In Mexico, a high percentage of young people experience symptoms of generalized anxiety, which are associated with difficulties in executive functions (EF). However, previous studies have shown inconsistent results, as they often rely solely on either objective or subjective measures. Therefore, this study focused on analyzing the relationship between generalized anxiety and EF using both a neuropsychological battery and a self-report questionnaire, in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of cognitive functioning in adolescents. Natural Language Processing deals with the understanding and generation of texts through computer programs. There are many different functionalities used in this area, but among them there are some functions that are the support of the remaining ones. These methods are related to the core processing of the morphology of the language (such as lemmatization) and automatic identification of the part-of-speech tag. Thereby, this paper describes the implementation of a basic NLP toolkit for a new language, focusing in the features mentioned before, and testing them in an own corpus built for the occasion. The obtained results exceeded the expected results and could be used for more complex tasks such as machine translation.

The objective of the study was to evaluate the incidence of the application of trigonometric functions in a heuristic mode, on the cognitive development of adolescents from Cauri. In this sense, the autonomous variable was applied to the dependent variable to generate an effect of improvement in cognitive development. The study had an explanatory level, basic type and quasi-experimental design. The population was made up of 335 young people from Cauri, from which a non-random sample of 46 was selected, who were grouped as follows: 20 in the experimental group and 26 in the control group.
