The present study aims to determine the socioeconomic and cultural level of the population of the Plateau-Manchay and reconstruct the process of social participation of the common interlenguage against the transfer of the misttrap technology for the improvement of the environment in the area, it was mainly used the quantitative method in addition to the descriptive and analytical ones. The result of this survey allowed to produce two diagnoses (1996 and 2001) and a proposal of social participation model which can be replicated in other realities, adapting them according to external and internal context. Despite the adverse conditions of poverty and extreme poverty of the misttrap technology area, the population managed to take possession to more integrated, democratic, and social participation.

Objective: To determine the factors involved in the implementation of the donation and transfer budget at the Lambayeque Regional Hospital. Material and Methods: Not experimental, descriptive, quantitative approach, cross-section, during 2019. Population and sample was 57 collaborators, non-probabilistic sampling, for convenience. The Oria instrument was divided into : institutional factor, political factor, organizational factor and personal factor, reliability by Cronbach alpha; in addition, the Kolmogorov-Sminorv test was used for the normality of the population; and for statistical significance the descriptive analysis. This article presents some of the results obtained from the analysis performed to the health sector budget. The study focused the analysis in the city of Lima. The methodology not only looks for a discussion of resource allocation in the health sector, it goes further and makes an analysis applying a Public Expenditure Tracking Survey (PETS) methodology. In the present work the revision, deduction and application of mathematical models in the quantification of the reaction kinetics of leaching processes of national sulphided minerals in chemical systems is made. The interaction between the mineral particles and the leaching solution is controlled by three possible mechanisms: by chemical reaction, by diffusion through the porous bed and by mass transfer; Each mechanism has its own mathematical modeling and parametric conditions. Experimental runs of leaching of gold and copper minerals are presented, in which their kinetic control equations of the most relevant variables are shown. Other empirical models are also shown that are used to elucidate the phenomenology of the leaching of mineral species, call chalcopyrite, sphalerite and galena.

This includes knowing the variability and reliability of registered medical and surgical procedures times. Objectives: To determine variability and confidence of registered cesarean deliveries surgical processes times. Design: Cross-sectional study. Institution: Clinica Centenario Peruano Japonesa. This paper discusses the different perspectives that exist in psychoanalysis about the status of the countertransference in the therapeutic process. On the one hand, for those who follow the classical tendency this should be radically repressed to protect the ideal of an aseptic neutrality. On the other hand, for those who follow the humanistic tendency, this should be incorporated to consolidate the externa! and real aspects of the therapeutic alliance. Together with the classical work uf Theodor Reik and the modero work of Harold Searles, the author proposes that countertransference feelings and reactions could be used as legitime tools to monitor both the relationship with the patient, as well as the interpretation phase.

A polymer is a thermoplastic material that crystallizes in three forms: α (monoclinic), β (trigonal) and γ (orthorhombic). These forms have characteristics that provide specific physicochemical properties in the same formulation. The α crystalline form is found in higher proportion and is the most stable and simplest to produce. However, the raw material of the beta-nucleated polypropylene and PR (pressure resistant), monolayer pipes and PR fiber polypropylene pipes are processed to produce β structures in ways where it would be easier to have α crystals, since this process favors the formation of a stable, fine hexagonal crystalline structure and a homogeneous size distribution. These attributes derive in an optimization of the mechanical performance of the system, in which a mixture of these forms (α and β) will provide a very optimal thermo‑mechanical property.

In this context, the author identifies three main issues: the fundamental objectives, the quality of students, and the pedagogical process. In this regard, he argues that legal education should not be limited to training lawyers since law is a multifaceted discipline and, as lawyers handle conflicts in a confrontational context, they must have skills that go beyond the application of rules, such as the perception of facts, the recognition of values and interests and the analysis of problems.
