Ha transcurrido más de dos años desde que el marco normativo aplicable a la minería ilegal y al proceso de formalización minera entró en vigencia. A la fecha, el Gobierno conoce las reales dimensiones del problema, sus causas, consecuencias y prioridades. Sin embargo, aun cuando el objetivo es justo y necesario, debido al laberinto jurídico con el que se ha regulado el tema, la figura del minero informal se ha convertido en el principal obstáculo para la comercialización de minerales en el ámbito de la minería a pequeña escala.

I understand, as Kafka does, that the situation of the bureaucracy of the early twentieth century in Europe in 'The trial’, that corruption has as one of its roots the lack of a sense of community. In this article I propose to overcome the rational choice approach. That way I can combine it with one (that) can understand corruption as collective action. That is why I reflect on the next four key questions to understand this approach: A) what is a collective action problem? this detaches that high levels of trust are significantly related with lower levels of corruption. B) When can we talk about societies where corruption is more the norm than an exception? this deduces that confidence is at stake, specially, in institutions. El problema es el contenido de Arsénico en el Silikabor Road que supera el ECA del suelo, y queremos utilizar este material para construir carreteras afirmadas y así contribuir en mejorar las redes viales en desarrollo. A nivel nacional hay 48% de carreteras que no son asfaltadas, estas necesitan el mantenimiento periódico. The aim of this paper is to analyze and systematize subjective change in education based on a review of the main contributions derived from national and international studies on subjective theories (ST) conducted to date in the field of education. An overview of the research on ST in education is presented. Findings are then analyzed and systematized in a model of ST change in educational contexts that considers: (a) a paradigmatic framework, (b) a change process, (c) change factors, and (e) change indicators. In the conclusion section, a summary of the process of ST change in educational contexts is proposed, based on empiric studies reviewed and testable in future research, and the limitations that must be overcome in order to make strides in the construction of a theory of ST change in education are discussed.

The objective of this study was to develop a proposal for the National Forest and Wildlife Plan as a contribution to the mandate established in Law No. 29763. For this purpose, a qualitative descriptive method was used where a socio-economic, environmental diagnosis has been made and budgetary-institutional sector, to then be compared with global trends set by FAO. The main results indicate that, although an important group of entrepreneurs are increasing the production of products other than wood, those dedicated to wood production persist in producing goods that have had a clear decreasing trend worldwide.
