Las cuestiones disputadas se planteaban en las universidades medievales sobre temas que se podían y necesitaban debatir. Los derechos humanos, como invención moderna, plantean cuestiones -asumidas en este trabajo- cuya necesidad es impostergable, pero sospechamos que no todas las teorías del derecho pueden definirlos, fundamentarlos y garantizarlos.

This work seeks to characterize the daily management of public health policy that targets women migrants from rural Bolivia in a city in Patagonia, Argentina. The fieldwork was carried out between 2016 and 2018 in two primary health care centers, located in periurban neighborhoods of the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, through accompanying the daily tasks of health agents, meetings, conversations and interviews with professionals, officials and migrant women. A focused and protective policy regarding the health of migrants was found, one that obscures a gendered, ethnic, social class and generational reading justifying control and subjectivation techniques, which in some cases are disputed. Este trabajo busca caracterizar la gestión cotidiana de la política pública en salud que tiene como destinatarias a mujeres migrantes de zonas rurales de Bolivia en una ciudad de la Patagonia, Argentina. El trabajo de campo se realizó entre los años 2016 y 2018 en dos centros de atención primaria de salud, ubicados en barrios periurbanos de la ciudad de Comodoro Rivadavia, a través del acompañamiento en las tareas cotidianas de efectoras de salud, encuentros, charlas y entrevistas con profesionales, funcionarios y mujeres migrantes. Beyond football, what makes these meetings so special is the historic rivalry between these clubs. Since their first meeting in 1928 there was already a very marked rivalry, Pulgar Vidal’s work allows us to understand the pre-existing rivalry between both teams through a review of the characteristics of Lima society at the beginning of the s. XX. Reaching the conclusion that, in that first game of 1928, two clubs that represented different social, economic and political sectors within the highly fragmented Lima society faced each other.

Uno de los desafíos más grandes que enfrenta la comunidad eclesial en nuestro tiempo es el de la pérdida de identidad, no sólo en sí misma como conjunto, sino también en sus diferentes estamentos y en la individualidad de muchos de sus hijos. Partiendo de este hecho, la hipótesis de trabajo que planteamos en este estudio es que el Papa Pablo VI percibió esta realidad y quiso alentar a la comunidad eclesial a una toma de conciencia de sí. Throughout the interview, key concepts were discussed to understand the environmental issues in current capitalism, such as the notions of “territory,” “territorial conflict,” and “climate justice.” In this approach, the need to understand the territory holistically is emphasized as a social and symbolic production, that is both contested and negotiated by various actors and in which meaning, interdependence with nature, historical processes, social practices, and power relations are inscribed.
