Nuestro interés parte por observar las prácticas de algunas Instituciones Educativas: por lo general, las estrategias y materiales de enseñanza que utilizan los y las maestras de Educación Inicial, no consideran la historia, conocimientos, saberes tradicionales de tantra riqueza en el país por la presencia de diversas culturas. A este problema se suma la falta del hábito lector en el aula, debido a que este espacio de lectura no es atrayente, ni familiar para el niño o la niña. Consideramos que esta revisión bibliográfica ayudará a que los maestros identifiquen la importancia de los cuentos tradicionales y los niños y las niñas conozcan y se acerquen más a su propia cultura a través de cuentos, rescatados de sus abuelos o padres.

Our interest starts from observing the practices of some Educational Institutions: generally, the teaching strategies and materials used by Early Education teachers do not consider the history, knowledge, traditional knowledge of tantra wealth in the country due to the presence of diverse cultures. Added to this problem is the lack of reading habits in the classroom, because this reading space is neither attractive nor familiar to the boy or girl. We believe that this bibliographic review will help teachers identify the importance of traditional stories and help boys and girls learn and get closer to their own culture through stories, rescued from their grandparents or parents.
