The use of humor in the classroom by teachers plays a strategic and pedagogical role in facilitating teaching and student learning. The objective of the study was to characterize university teachers' perspectives on the use of humor in the virtual classroom. To achieve this, a quantitative approach, descriptive in scope, was used, using the survey technique. A questionnaire was applied to 259 teachers from a private university in Lima. It is found that 96% of the teachers use humorous elements in their virtual classes and show a marked preference for the use of humorous narration, above the use of humorous visual resources. In addition, teachers consider that humor improves attention, motivation and closeness with the student. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo explorar los elementos y estrategias que debería contener un programa de formación comercial que utilice la gamificación como una herramienta que facilite el proceso de aprendizaje de la fuerza de ventas de una entidad financiera peruana. Para ello, se utilizó una metodología cualitativa, utilizando como instrumento una entrevista semiestructurada a dos expertos peruanos en gamificación. Los expertos proponen que el desarrollo de la gamificación en la formación comercial debe alinearse a los objetivos de aprendizaje, enfatizar en la tecnología móvil, tener una narrativa sólida, clara y sostenida, y contener elementos continuos de sorpresa para mantener el interés de los vendedores. Finalmente, los expertos coinciden en recomendar el uso de la gamificación como una estrategia para formar comercialmente a la fuerza de ventas.

El humor es el bálsamo del alma. El humor nutre el mundo interior del estudiante y lo vincula con su entorno. El objetivo de la investigación fue diseñar una estrategia para la formación del profesorado sustentada en un modelo de un proceso didáctico basado en el humor para potenciar el aprendizaje significativo de los estudiantes. Se realizó una investigación educacional aplicada transversal, de alcance transformativo, utilizando un paradigma socio-critico, a través de un enfoque mixto concurrente. Se utilizó el método fenomenológico-hermenéutico y el método holístico dialéctico. The university is an important pillar in sustainable development; however, COVID-19 imposed new dynamics that called for rethinking university praxis to achieve this mission, and although the systematization of good practices is a powerful mechanism for understanding educational success, this perspective of positive change has been little developed. Hence, the present study aimed to identify positive cores of faculty in their successful post-COVID-19 performance. A qualitative methodological approach was deployed, with the Netnography method, complemented with elements of positive psychology, appreciative inquiry, and management of formative potentialities. Online collaboration contributes to the achievement of relevant learning such as learning to know, do, be and live together. Therefore, a new instrument (ACL21) is proposed to measure the online collaborative work of higher education students, based on the Collaborative Learning model and the Online Collaborative Learning model. The aim is to determine the validity and reliability of the Online Collaborative Learning Questionnaire 21 - ACL21. For this purpose, an Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was carried out on a sample of 214 students. Subsequently, a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was applied in a sample of 305 students to corroborate the structure of the model found in the EFA. Cultural development is a process that allows the emergence of novel elements and the gradual advancement of existing ones. The aim of the study was to analyze the factors involved in the cultural development of Asia Pacific multinational companies over the past twenty years. To achieve this, a systematic literature review was conducted, based on 38 scientific articles from Scopus. It was evident that having leadership aligned with the organization's objectives is essential, enabling employees to feel comfortable in their work.
