Cultural development is a process that allows the emergence of novel elements and the gradual advancement of existing ones. The aim of the study was to analyze the factors involved in the cultural development of Asia Pacific multinational companies over the past twenty years. To achieve this, a systematic literature review was conducted, based on 38 scientific articles from Scopus. It was evident that having leadership aligned with the organization's objectives is essential, enabling employees to feel comfortable in their work. A predominant trend in research was identified towards qualitative approaches, as opposed to quantitative or mixed methods. This research analyzes Lima consumers' perceptions of last-mile logistics in their online retail purchases during the state of emergency caused by COVID-19. For this purpose, a mixed methodology was developed based on 134 surveys of consumers from different retail companies in the metropolitan area of Lima. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with experts in last-mile logistics, as well as with customers who made purchases during the pandemic period. The results of the hypotheses show that the current context has generated new online shopping habits in customers and evidence the emergence of new problems related to consumption and quality of service provided to the processes of online shopping and home delivery, with adequate sanitary logistics support.

The objective of this research is to determine the impact of current research trends on last-mile logistics in Latin America during the period 2003-2022, because it has become a crucial aspect within the supply chain. To achieve this, three specific objectives were established to delve deeply into the investigation. Regarding the research methodology, a systematic review of scientific literature from the Scopus database was conducted, emphasizing current trends such as e-commerce, environmental awareness, and cost reduction. As for the paper information, trends in last-mile logistics currently observed were taken into account, with a large percentage of publications falling into Q1 (68.4%), Q2 (26.3%), and Q3 (5.3%). This study examines the constantly evolving complexity of markets and the need for adaptation in supply chain management, highlighting the relevance of Industry 4.0. Through a systematic literature review of 40 articles published between 2020 and 2023, it analyzes the trends and crucial elements that connect both variables, discovering their strong link with three fundamental factors: sustainability, the actors involved and, finally, digitalization. Moreover, this study offers an original theoretical perspective on the current management of supply chain management, providing a referential framework that may be useful for future research in the field, while at the same time proposing a bibliographic methodological tool useful to the field of knowledge for its scrutiny through future research.
