The purpose of the present study was to explore the differences in self-esteem, satisfaction with life and habitability conditions in fifth year high school teenager students based in a factorial study by poverty and sex. Poverty was appraised by school type, because there are big breaches between poor and no-poor population in the district selected (La Molina). Fue de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo aplicada y con un diseño hermenéutico. Objectives: To evaluate and compare the level of learning about healthy habits through audiovisual media and text in primary school students. Materials and methods: Quasi-experimental study carried out in two Primary Educational Institutions located in North of Lima. Students of both sexes between 10 and 12 years of age who were in the fourth, fifth and sixth grade voluntarily participated. The study variable was the level of learning about healthy habits (healthy food and physical activity) after an educational session by trained personnel, applied in two intervention groups, in the first group a text was used and in the second group a medium audiovisual. The 5.5-Mb genome sequence of Bacillus thuringiensis strain UNMSM10RA, isolated from potato crop soil, is reported in this study. The strain UNMSM10RA contains 5,347 protein-coding sequences, 105 tRNA genes, 15 rRNA genes, and 5 noncoding RNA (ncRNA) genes, with an average G+C content of 35.1%. Within protein-coding genes, 31 were detected and identified in the metabolism of heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, and copper. Further analyses will be performed and provide more information for understanding the evolution of these Bacillus thuringiensis strains and their potential uses.
