The next job is to analyze the relationship between training satisfaction levels with Academic Performance in University Students Le Cordon Bleu in 2013. To carry out research a questionnaire to 170 university students from Le Cordon Bleu was validated using Cronbach Alfa indicator with an estimate of 0.80 is acceptable was developed.  Using the Chi Square test showed that there is no relationship between Student Achievement and Vocational Training, where also the satisfaction of infrastructure, teacher attitude and job satisfaction by the administrative staff was measured.

El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre la satisfacción en la formación profesional con los niveles de Rendimiento Académico en los estudiantes de la Universidad Le Cordon Bleu en el año 2013. Para la realización de la investigación se elaboró un cuestionario a 170 estudiantes de Universidad Le Cordon Bleu que fue validado mediante el indicador de Alfa de Crombach con una estimación de 0.80 que es aceptable. Utilizando la prueba de Chi Cuadrado se demostró que no existe relación entre el Rendimiento Académico y la Formación Profesional, donde también se midió la satisfacción de infraestructura, actitud docente y satisfacción profesional por parte del personal administrativo.

Se hizo el presente estudio, para establecer los factores tributarios que inciden en forma directa en la formalidad de las empresas de servicios de restaurantes en los distritos de Santa Anita, Miraflores y San Isidro; se desarrolló durante el 2014, para lo que se tomó una muestra de 270 restaurantes, correspondiendo 114 a Santa Anita, 72 a Miraflores y 84 a San Isidro. Se hizo el presente estudio, para establecer el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes de la Universidad Le Cordon Bleu; se desarrolló durante el 2015, para lo que se tomó una muestra de 183 estudiantes. Se elaboró una encuesta validada mediante el alfa de Cronbach, se calculó las frecuencias y se determinó la relación entre las competencias profesionales adquiridas y otros factores determinándose por Xi2. La respuesta fue en su mayoría desfavorable, y las competencias profesionales adquiridas tuvieron relación con sus actitudes personales y sociales, con el nivel de satisfacción que tiene hacia el docente y con los ambientes de la universidad.

En la investigación se determinó la presencia de los residuos grasos en aguas residuales que son arrojados al mar de la zona costera de Huacho. Se formuló modelos probabilísticos para estimar el éxito de cacería de las aves a condiciones de contaminación y sin contaminación por parte de los residuos grasos. Se determinó que, la probabilidad de éxito de caza del piquero y pelícano a condiciones sin contaminación por residuos fue de 0,46 y 0,32 respectivamente; y con presencia de contaminación fue de 0,22 y 0,18. La zona La Caleta de Carquín presentó el mayor caudal promedio de residuos grasos arrojados al mar (0,0118 m3/s). Los residuos grasos que se encuentran presentes en el mar influyen en la cacería y supervivencia de las especies que habitan la zona costera del mar de Huacho.
