The objective of the research was to evaluate the physicochemical characteristics and microbiology of bovine meat offered in the Amazon region, for which 6 samples with 3 replications were collected in the benefit and 35 samples with 2 replications were commercialized. The description and evaluation of characteristics of each sample was carried out; determining that the meat complies with pH parameters established in NTP 201.055 (5.50 to 6.44), likewise it presents on average 75.53% humidity; 17.79% protein; 17,11% fat; and 5819.28 cal / g of energy; in the beneficiary, 66.67% of the provinces complied with the pH requirements, an average of 83.3% of humidity; 17.79% protein; 4.98% fat and an average of 5812.79 cal / g. The description and microbiological evaluation indicates the presence of enterobacteria in 100% of the samples, a maximum count of 1100 and 860 NMP / g for total and feca...

The objective of this research was conducted botanical identification of native grass species that predominate in the three major livestock department of Amazonas basins (Peru): Molinopampa, Pomacochas and Leymebamba. To select eleven species were surveyed 293 farmers distributed stratified manner in the three basins. The methodology consisted of an examination and recognition of morphological characters of qualitative and quantitative in each of the specimens with the help of laboratory equipment, and then formulates a database order. After identifying each specimen proceeds to develop a database of structural and phenological characteristics. Also, comparisons are made with collections of specimens in herbaria national and foreign herbaria.

The objective of this research was to analyze the nutritional content, in vitro digestibility and performance of biomass and species as farmers are the most important species of native grasses that predominate in the three main livestock basins of the Amazonas: Molinopampa, Pomacochas and Leymebamba. For this random sampling, six areas of 0.25 m2 per treatment every 60 days for three outbreaks. The obtained samples were separately weighed and mixed, and then extract a uniform and representative aliquot of 1 kg per species to be dehydrated in an oven at 60 °C for 48 hours, they were subjected to a proximate analysis. Values obtained with each of the evaluation parameters and after being multiplied with respective values final cumulative weighted value being calculated the following results Trifolium repens L (35.9), often Philoglossa mimuloides-Often Siso (35.3), Cenchrus clandestinus (3...

In this research, the connection between age and microbial diversity in cattle was explored, revealing significant changes in both protist diversity and fungal microbiota composition with age. Using fecal samples from 21 Simmental cattle, microbial communities were analyzed through 18S rRNA gene sequencing. Results indicated significant differences in alpha protist diversity among the three age groups, while fungal composition varied notably with age and was linked to hematological parameters. Despite the stability of fungal alpha diversity, compositional changes suggest the gut as a stable niche for microbial colonization influenced by diet, clinical parameters, and microbial interactions. All cattle were maintained on a consistent diet, tailored to meet the specific nutritional needs of each age group. These findings emphasize the importance of understanding age-related microbial dynam...
